Could have been a lot better.

The room was very comfortable

Cons:

The customer service and hospitality. When we arrived after a 6 hour drive, we just wanted to sit down, have a bite to eat and a cold drink. We sat down and we were told you can't sit here. We are setting up for dinner. It was 4pm. There was a table of 20 people nearby, they were not told to sit outside like we were. When I asked for a menu, the girl just said it's over there. When I checked out there was only 1 person at reception and she was on the phone, so I just had to wait for several minutes. When you are paying around $350 per night, I would expect customer service and hospitality to be of a very high standard, which we did not experience.

After a long drive from Adelaide it’s a beautiful view to unwind and the receptionist was amazingly helpful and friendly
