Great location, next to subways. Nice staff and beds were comfortable. Luggage delivery delivered on time.

Cons:

There were drain flies in the bathroom. We wish there was drinking hot water for tea in the main area like the other mimarus.

Comfortable suite, good location, polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

Property looked newer, was very clean, suite was very spacious (2 people in a room that sleeps 4) and comfortable, kitchenette was convenient although could be better equipped with kitchen tools. Hotel staff were excellent! Jake was and the others were very friendly and always willing to help! Location was excellent with convenient amenities nearby.

Cons:

Not sure if it’s all that bad, but you had to briefly walk on an outdoor landing to get to the elevators from your room. Just had to be dressed appropriately to go to the lobby or do laundry.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful to our group, delivering a reliable 5-star experience. The immediate neighborhood is also a solid, convenient base for exploring the area.

Cons:

The main drawback is the transit connection; it requires a solid 15 to 20-minute walk just to reach the Midosuji line, which can be tiring after a long day out, especially as a family. Additionally, the building is situated right next door to an active fire station, meaning you will likely hear sirens if you are a light sleeper.
