The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful to our group, delivering a reliable 5-star experience. The immediate neighborhood is also a solid, convenient base for exploring the area.

Cons:

The main drawback is the transit connection; it requires a solid 15 to 20-minute walk just to reach the Midosuji line, which can be tiring after a long day out, especially as a family. Additionally, the building is situated right next door to an active fire station, meaning you will likely hear sirens if you are a light sleeper.

Excellent location for family of four!
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Their system also reminded them we had stayed there the previous year and they thanked us for returning, which was a lovely gesture.

駅も近く、また、24時間営業のスーパーも近くて便利な場所だった。
