The Residence Inn by Marriott, Nashville Mt. Juliet is definitely the go to hotel!!!
Pros:

We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Mt. Juliet, TN and had a great experience! I initially called the hotel because it was my granddaughter's graduation from high school and since the check-in time conflicted with her graduation time, I was very concerned! Isaiah answered the phone and immediately handled my concern by allowing us to check in a little earlier. We found the room to be very clean and everything in the room just sparkled! The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet was perfect and when my husband turned to me to say that I did good by booking this hotel, I was happy! Isaiah greeted me on the day we were leaving by my first name and I expressed to him that because he was so caring of my situation, we definitely would be back. Thank you Isaiah for a job well done!!!!

Worst gym
Pros:

Very nice residence inn but some of the plugs in my room didn’t work and the microwave light was broken. The gym is pathetic. There are no weight machines which is extremely disappointing.

Hotel concierge team is amazing
Pros:

Right near the 40. Close to quick bites. Room was big and spacious. The hotel management were resort like, super great!

Cons:

Our room did have some eye sores. Broken windows, lose toilet, broken table leg and a leaking shower faucet

Great 4 night stay!
Pros:

My family and I had a fantastic say at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the studio style room and complimentary hotel breakfast. Isaiah checked us in and was fantastic with answering all our questions. Him, Elena, and Nick all smiled and welcomed us each time we entered. We love the breakfast each day and Rosa Maria was very helpful and sweet everyday. It was nice to see staff who are bilingual which was very helpful for my in-laws.
