Wenn wann das Frühstück weg lässt, ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, ein schönes altes Gebäude mit viel Geschichte.
Pros:

Schönes altes Gebäude, hohe Räume und nettes Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück mit 25€ völlig überteuert. Discounter Käse mit Sicherheit kein Bio und an Eierspeisen ein lauwarmes weiches Ei. Das kann es nicht sein.

Great Location in a Quiet Area with Excellent Service
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very nice area in the Pelikan Viertel. There’s a great restaurant nearby and a bakery at the end of the street. There is also easy access to the tram line, which takes you directly to the city center.

We had a very spacious studio-style room, which included a small kitchenette. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Even after my departure, I requested an invoice via email and received it within hours. Can’t ask for more.

Cons:

Some issues we encountered: The hot water in the bathroom was tricky to adjust to a comfortable temperature. After a while, it seemed the boiler would empty itself, causing the water to switch from scalding hot to very cold.

Our room also didn’t have a proper table to sit at. There were three of us and only one chair, so having a bite to eat was a bit awkward.

Perfekt ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage (Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt), ruhige Umgebung, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

In dem Boarding-House werden teils auch laute Feste gefeiert, Frühstück zu teuer.

Alles Perfekt
Pros:

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Pelikan und wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Besonders die Größe der Zimmer und das sehr umfangreiche Frühstück. Da kommen wir gerne wieder mal nach Hannover.

Super Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sauber.

Cons:

Die Tauben hatten ihren persönlichen Treffpunkt direkt über unserem Fenster im obersten Stockwerk. Hat uns jedoch beim Schlafen nicht gestört zum Glück. Weiß aber nicht wie das in den wärmeren Monaten ist.
