This is no longer a Red Doorz property
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We booked on June 29th and paid in advance, but on arrival we were informed the property was no longer part of the Red Doorz group since June 1st. It took a long time to check in and resolve the problem as the Red Doorz customer service representative on the phone wasn't helpful and hung up on the phone more than once.

Credit to the front desk staff who were helpful helped find a solution.

NO elevator and no one can help you carry your luggage. Only one lady staff on duty for the whole night. If there is emergency no one can help.
