I did ask for a room for 10 without bank beds...but got bunk beds anyway.
Pros:

The location was beautiful... the room and facilities were very very nice...

Cons:

I could not rate staff... as I never met any Staff... and that is ok...just wanted to stress why I could not give a better rating.... the only concern I had was the bunk beds.. we were old women..

Comfortable, quiet, homey, close to stores and fun things to do
Pros:

Loved everything about this condo! We had a pool table all to ourselves in it. It was very roomy and homey feeling. The bed was so comfortable and big. Everything was pretty clean. The pool was an awesome bonus. It was clean and warm water. The nice private picnic table out the back door was also nice.

Cons:

The kitchen could’ve been better stocked with cooking, preparation dishes. It was a little tricky not having a good amount of dishes to use to cook with. The only other thing was the floor could’ve been cleaned a little better.

It was a big empty shell, with faulty appliances and non working fireplace.

Location was great, close to town but still excluded. Large unit.

Cons:

We were hoping for a cozy, comfortable retreat close to town with a view of the mountains where we could relax. Instead, we got the opposite. There were only bare essentials in kitchen, with no dish soap and one dirty dish towel on counter. Four towels & washcloths for three of us for a five day stay. We tried to wash towels but washer didn't work. Dryer "completion signal" went off entire time dryer was running. Called repair man but he couldn't fix them during our stay. Did give us extra towels but stated that had no washclothes. The unit was advertised with nice fireplace but sign on mantel stated fireplace was not to be used. Entire unit was stark with no pictures on the walls, only necessary furniture, very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this, or stay here again. We left a day early.

Great location, great price, rooms were nice and spacious. Big closet. The dimmer lights were very convenient. Keyless locks were very convenient. Very comfortable beds. Will definitely come back to this again.

Cons:

The trash station was a bit of a walk from the unit. Fireplace was just for show, Couldn't use.

Location was great being near town. The condo was roomy.

Cons:

I did not like the water pressure for cold water. It was a trickle. I also, did not like going up and down the same one way street that was top of a mountain.
