L’albergo è in condizioni piuttosto fatiscenti, con scarsa pulizia e pochissimi servizi disponibili.
Nelle nostre stanze le docce erano prive di box doccia, rendendo praticamente impossibile utilizzarle senza allagare il bagno.

Inoltre, il riscaldamento funzionava poco, cosa particolarmente problematica nel mese di marzo. Ho anche chiesto dell’acqua calda per preparare una tisana e mi è stata servita in una tazza con il fondo sporco.

Durante la notte i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere erano molto forti, probabilmente a causa della scarsa insonorizzazione dell’appartamento.

Nel complesso, non è una struttura consigliata per chi viaggia per lavoro, soprattutto durante il periodo invernale.

Il fatto che fosse vicino alla fiera.

Cons:

Il wc era rotto si staccava dal pavimento. Le prese della corrente non funzionavano. Nell'offerta di booking la colazione risultava inclusa, ma in realtà non hanno nemmeno la cucina quindi colazione inesistente. Il riscaldamento ha funzionato solo per una notte. Parcheggio in strada, spesso lontano dalla struttura.
