Mala atención.
Pros:

Al llegar te hacen firmar una carta compromiso de conducta dentro del Hotel, misma que nadie cumple: No entrar a elevadores mojado, no meterse a alberca con camisetas o gorros, no hacer ruido.
El personal es displicente, sin vocación de servicio. El Hotel se quedo sin agua durante dos horas en la mañana y al personal no le importo que los huéspedes estuviéramos con necesidades.

Prácticamente el personal.
