Pros:

ขนาดห้องกว้างพอสมควร มีอ่างน้ำล้างหน้าแยกออกมาจากห้องน้ำ สะดวกดี พนักงานต้องรับบริการดี หากไม่มีกระเป๋าใบใหญ่จะเดินทางสะดวกมาก เพราะทางไปสถานีที่มีลิฟต์เดินไกลมาก

Cons:

ถ้าเดินไปสถานีสาย Midosuji Line ฝั่งที่มีลิฟต์จะเดินไกล ประมาณ 20 นาที
ถ้าใช้บันไดเดินแค่ 5 นาทีก็ถึงสถานี

清潔。素泊まりで価格を抑えたい時に良いホテル
Pros:

タオル、ドライヤー、シャンプー類、冷蔵庫、ケトル、水、テレビ、陶器のカップ、歯ブラシ、綿棒、コットン、コーム、衣類消臭スプレー、スリッパあり、快適。
パジャマは適当なものを持っていることが多いし、着ないで寝る人もいるから、アメニティは困らない位で無駄がなくて良いと思う。コンセントもたくさんあって便利だった

Gute Lage, obwohl es an einer Schnellstraße ist, sind due Zimmer ruhig. Alles in der Nähe, Preis Leistung super.

Das das Apartment klein ist und kein Kleiderschrank hat ist es eher für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet.

物価高の中ありがたいコスパ。コンパクトでしたが必要なものはすべてそろっていた

コストパフォーマンスが最高でした。ホテルなのに東京のカプセルホテル並みの値段は嬉しいです。

Cons:

レセプションにスタッフが常時いない時間があり（人手不足？）何かちょっと聞きたいことがあってもあきらめた。でも最近、どのホテルもこんな感じでしょう。
