Very friendly and helpful owner. Great location close to the city center and ferry. Very large and fresh homemade breakfast. Thanks for the stay.
The family that run the place is very helpful and friendly; we were impressed by how many languages the nice young girl spoke (Albanian, Italian, Greek, Spanish, English, ...), which is always handy when running this sort of business. The rooms are large and there's everything you need. Breakfast was varied, there were lots of savoury and sweet delicacies, but make sure you arrive at the time they tell you: we arrived a bit late and it was all cold :( but still tasty, so we didn't complain. We didn't use it but I think it's worth mentioning that there's also a car workshop - run by them as well - attached to the hotel, in case you come by car and need anything fixed!
The stay was wonderful. The apartment is very stylishly decorated and there is air conditioning which is a lifesaver on hot days. Breakfasts are delicious o consist of local delicacies also. Lucy and her family are wonderful they are extremely helpful and accommodating. It was truly a wonderful stay in Albania. Go ahead and book the Lumi Hotel because it is an amazing place and the people who make it.😃

Very friendly staff always ready to answer all your requests. The breakfast was extremely tasty and in sufficient quantity. The studio we stayed in was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. Because of the kindness and comfort, we felt like we were at home😊

You need to walk to the high ground. If you have a car no problem.
The treatment is unbeatable. They are a very friendly family and very attentive at all times. The facilities and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is very complete and very good. We leave very happy and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Any questions you may have, you can always ask Lusi, she received us and was friendly from beginning to end.
Easy communication, availability.
I did not take a picture of the room, as it is the same as the one in their photo.
Everything works perfectly and everything is new! Very close to the center, easy to go to Ksamil, and other tourist spots. They have car parking.
EXTRA:
We had a problem with our car that we rented (another place), they have a car shop just below and they helped us.
Very helpfull and lovely people. Busy, but good lokalite for transport by car, or by walk. Clean rooms. Every day cleaned.
