Pros:

立地が良い。駅が近いため便利。コンビニもすぐ。
路地からも屋上からも東京タワーが見れる。
氷やコーヒーの無料サービスが有り難かった。
お風呂もバスタブが広く、ゆっくりお湯に浸かれるため子どもが喜んでいた。
加湿器もあったので、乾燥も気にならなかった。
女性のスタッフの方はみんな感じが良くて、話しやすい雰囲気だった。

Cons:

部屋の空気孔のほこりが気になった。
埃が落ちてくるのが不快だった。（数日の汚れではない程、埃まみれだった）
壁紙やドアなど黒を基調としているためか、ドアの汚れ、手垢が目立った。壁紙が剥がれていた。
簡易ベッドはソファに布団を置いているだけなので、ズレてくる。布団の方が大きくサイズが合っていない。（子どもが座るときに滑って転けてしまった）
大人３人での宿泊だと、ソファベッドありのプランはおすすめしない。
