A pleasant hotel to stay when visiting the city of Yokohama.
Pros:

The hotel is located next to the JR Station with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Also, there's so much to do and see in the city of Yokohama.

設備がきれい
Pros:

バス・トイレが非常にきれいでした。
鏡の前にトレイがあり細々とした物を置くことができて便利でした。

Cons:

チェックインの際の受付機でクレジット払いを選択したかったのですが、『ICカード機能付きクレジット』のみの表示しかなく、ただの『クレジット』表示のものがないため機能付きのじゃないと払えないのかと(JRのホテルだし)スタッフに尋ねた所、ICカード付きのボタンの所をものすごい勢いでバーン！っと叩きつけて『これで払えばいいんだよ』と教えて頂きました。
チェックアウトの際のスタッフはとても感じが良かったです。

ハンドソープの残りが少ないか出が悪かったです。

Great location and staff. Would use again when in Yokohama.
Pros:

Location was superb, breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed our stay to the point we extended by a further two nights albeit on a different booking site. Close to shops and eateries and a supermarket virtually down stairs. Undercover walkways so inclement weather not an issue when walking to shops from the hotel. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Only the size of the room but that said, only a minor issue.
