Wonderful
Pros:

My stay was perfect. First of all, the location is fantastic. The room was wonderfully heated despite it being winter. You should definitely stay here. The hotel's breakfast and the breakfast staff were wonderful. It couldn't be better. But most importantly, the welcome was amazing. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman (I think his name was Valeria). We checked in early (at 10:00 AM). Our room was spotless and ready. If I were to go again, I would stay here again. A wonderful experience. A thousand thanks to both the lady who served breakfast and the gentleman who greeted us. They made our trip to Naples wonderful. Finally, location, breakfast and cleanliness is perfect. Thanks.

Pros:

L ampiezza della camera, decisamente al di sopra della media.
Lo stile curata in tanti dettagli, il letto molto comodo, la grandezza del bagno con doppio lavandino e doccia walk-in. Lo staff a colazione super gentile, Silvia in particolare merita i miei più vivi complimenti x la sua cordialità e spontanea disponibilità, una bella risorsa x lo staff!

Elhelyezkedés, kényelem, taxi állomas a hotel mellett, finom reggeli reggeli.

Cons:

A hotel az első emeleten helyezkedik el, de ha nem a liftet választod könnyen a félemeleten találod magad ahol a jelzés nem egyértelmű a hotel helyében ezt javítanám.

Confortevole e pulito
Pros:

Posizione centrale e perfetta per visitare il centro di Napoli. Struttura moderna, camere pulite e con tutti i comfort (ci sono anche le prese usb e usb-c a muro). Colazione buonissima e lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

Zona un pochino rumorosa.

Ottima la posizione

Cons:

Le camere non sono insonorizzate si sente tutto quello che accade nei corridoi.
Aggiungerei qualcosa alla colazione.
Al personale consiglierei di sorridere un po’ di più.

Would recommend it as a great place to stay in Naples
Pros:

Valerie on Reception was really great and ready to assist. In a busy hub of Naples, everything was readily available.

Cons:

The lack of drawers a little inconvenient as you were living out of suitcases for the duration of your stay.

The nightlife outside the room was a bit overpowering at the late hours of the night, but not too big a problem.

In bagno non c'era il sapone o una saponetta. Abbiamo usato il bagno doccia per lavare le mani.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda. Immediatamente adiacente via Toledo e a due passi da spacca Napoli.

Cons:

I servizi e le dotazioni non raggiungono totalmente le 4stelle.
Carenza di confort specifici quali pantofole, lozioni e saponi (solo l’ultimo gg hanno messo il sapone mani).
Mancanza di idonee zone di appoggio. Il frigobar non veniva rimpiazzato ogni giorno.
