Hervorragende Wahl für Gäste, die Wert auf Stil und Qualität legen.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem großen Gebäudekomplex, in dem auch Büros und andere Einrichtungen angesiedelt sind. Die eigentliche Hoteletage ist nur eine Etage des Hauses. Der Fassadenbereich wirklich eher unattraktiv, doch beim Betreten des Gebäudes entsteht vor dem Aufzug eine ganz andere Atmosphäre: Der alternde, fast schon antik wirkende Aufzug transportiert in eine klimatisierte, fast mondäne Hotelwelt mit freundlichem Personal und wunderschönen Bildern (s. Fotos). Insgesamt war die Stimmung angenehm und die Betreuung durch das Personal sehr positiv; die Umgebung außerhalb des Hotelbereichs wirkt dagegen weniger anziehend. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Die Frühstückszone besticht durch eine elegante und ruhige Atmosphäre, die den Morgen sofort angenehme beginnen lässt. Der Kaffee war exzellent – aromatisch, gut maschienell zubereitet. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Wahl für Gäste, die Wert auf Stil und Qualität legen.

Schönes Hotelund Auffenthalt für den Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Zentral gelegen direkt an der Piazza Caritá, an der Via Toledo. Zwischen dem Centro Storico und dem Quartieri Spagnoli
U-Bahn 5 min dadurch ist man sehr flexibel.
Alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit

Lovely hotel fab location staff were really helpful would book again
Pros:

Good location took us a few minutes to find the entrance but basically it’s next to Burger King, go through iron gates on the right and press buzzer for entry first. The location is in the heart of where we wanted to be it was fantastic. Aircon is excellent and it was spotless

Cons:

There was no window really in my room it was privacy film and when we opened it it was onto a scruffy looking balcony of a different building it was quirky but didn’t bother us as there were good blackout curtains

Two nights in a Great Location!
Pros:

I loved the design of the triple, the floors and the bathrooms were excellent. The breakfast staff, specifically Silva (I think that was her name) was so very welcoming.

Cons:

I stayed in a triple and the third bed was a portable bed, not a regular bed.

If ever I will revisit Naples, this is the hotel I will stay in.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely clean, air conditioning was perfect, bathroom and all the furniture was practically new or seemed new. Staff were great.

Cons:

The facade of the building in which the hotel is situated, really doesn't reflect the inside of it. The facade is dirty and full of graffiti. But when you enter the actual hotel, you will have a pleasant surprise.

Super hôtel, confortable, proche de tout et propre

Cons:

Si vraiment il faut trover une note négative alors je pense que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Il manquait de vrai bon pain frais par exemple.

Wspaniały pobyt!
Pros:

Świetna atmosfera, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadanie i miła obsługa, pozdrawiam przesympatyczna pania która na śniadaniu witała nas pięknym uśmiechem-nie pamiętam imienia (ciemne włosy upięte do tyłu) wspaniała osoba!
