Pros:

컨벤션센터 근처로 숙소잡다가 이곳으로 갔는데 가성비도 좋고 야간 뷰 좋은 방 배정이어서 좋았습니다 방음도 괜찮았고 직원도 친절했습니다 물론 근처에 더 좋은 호텔도 있습니다만 추천합니다

저렴하고 깨끗한 편이지만, 강가 쪽은 룸은 큰 도로와 붙어 있어서 약간 소음이 있는 편입니다.

조금 낡았지만 숙소로는 좋습니다.
Pros:

조금 낡긴 했지만 청결하고 사용하기 편합니다. 입구가 좀 독특한 곳에 있어서 찾기 힘든 게 첫 관문이었습니다. 입구가 도로 쪽에 있지 않고 길 안쪽이라고 해야 되나 아무튼 안쪽에 있습니다.
갑천 쪽이 보이는 숙소의 경우 뷰는 정말 좋은데 밤에 차량 소리가 너무 잘 들려서 문을 열고 잘 수는 없습니다. 대신 낮에도 밤에도 경치는 정말 좋습니다.

방바닥이 조금 낡았지만 전반적으로는 상태 양호함
화장실 깨끗했지만 수압이 조금 약하였음.조용하고 특히 주차장이 지하에 있는데 넓어서 좋았음
