Receptionist not good but hotel room so good facilities so clean hotel

WiFi not good I don’t have WiFi time my daughter guest come receptionist girl only one time call and room ph not ranging first day night we did to sleep hungry I don’t know English and Thai probably that’s why if that ph ringing we didn’t need to sleep hungry with small child also have first day is so difficult day I think should have some body to handle like this small problem my daughter said receptionist manner not good no smiling 26 day Feb night receptionist
