Pros:

The location is amazing and close to everything. The furniture is well picked, and you can notice it's not cheap. Things like an LG smart TV with magic remote and bathroom equipment. The rooms were so clean.

Cons:

I did not receive a room matching the images shown during booking. I was expecting a room with a window or a balcony facing the street. When I raised this concern, I was told that a note had been added, but I did not receive any follow-up or resolution.
Additionally, the bed was positioned directly against the wall on one side, making it quite inconvenient for a couple to get in and out comfortably.
I also experienced an issue with bugs in the bathroom. Although the team addressed it initially, the problem reappeared two days later.

Nos gustó desde primer minuto la cercanía y el trato … habitación muy buena zona… volvería sin dudarlo , muy limpio , camas grandes

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó sonido de las literas se movía una persona y era demasiado …. Se movían y sonaba muchísimo y quizás mejoraría un poquito Colchon y almohada de litera !!!
El dosificador del baño no funcionaba

Madrid grande e bella città. Tanta gente, belle piazze, tantissimi locali x mangiare e negozi.
Pros:

Camera e bagno giusti per due persone. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Posizione perfetta.

Cons:

L'esterno del palazzo andrebbe sistemato.

Foi maravilhoso! Lugar bem localizado!
Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários bem receptivos, recepção especial para lua de mel.
Cama confortável e quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

Um ponto que observamos foi que, estávamos em duas pessoas, no inverno, e logo no primeiro dia que chegamos quando a segunda pessoa foi tomar banho a água do chuveiro já não estava mais quente e não havia ninguém na recepção para relatarmos o ocorrido, também na havia explicações sobre timer ou boiler avisando que isso poderia acontecer. Ao longo dos dias esse episódio voltou a acontecer.
E que também o local é dentro de um prédio com outras coisas nos andares. Não é um local “exclusivo” como um hotel…

Todo muy bien salvo las paredes que eran un poco finas

Es una zona céntrica, con parking disponible, la tele dispone de Netflix para que veas lo que quieras, y era una habitación bastante amplia. Además, la ducha tenía mampara ya que sino el agua se saldría
