Comodidad y buena ubicación.
Pros:

Habitación con una cama muy cómoda, wifi y netflix gratuito. Buenísima ubicación, llegas caminando al centro. Personal amable y atento, fácil acceso, ya sea con codigos o tarjeta. Volvería sion dudas.

Cons:

La calle Hortaleza es un poco ruidosa porque hay varios locales nocturnos y las ventanas no tienen tanto aislamiento, por lo que se escuchaba un poco el bullicio, pero en madrid se camina tanto que el cansancio es más grande :)

Cons:

Trato nefasto por parte de la cadena. Teniendo una urgencia médica, no fueron capaces de poder aceptar ni una cancelacion ni un cambio de fechas! Muy poca empatia! No recomiendo hospedarse alli para nada!
