Pros:

This hotel is a great choice if you’re staying in Madrid, especially in the Chueca neighborhood. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of bars and restaurants, in a safe and lively area with lots going on. It’s also very convenient for getting around, with easy access to the train and just a short walk to Gran Vía.

Check-in is smooth and hassle-free, which is especially helpful if you’re arriving late since you don’t need staff assistance. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The shower is excellent—definitely a highlight after a long day of exploring the city.

The only minor downside is that the stairs can be a bit dark, but it’s not a big issue overall.

Overall, it’s a great place for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a well-located, easy, and comfortable stay in Madrid.

Pros:

The hotel room was excellent, very clean and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is ideal, with all the main attractions and great restaurants just a short walk away.

Pros:

The location is amazing and close to everything. The furniture is well picked, and you can notice it's not cheap. Things like an LG smart TV with magic remote and bathroom equipment. The rooms were so clean.

Cons:

I did not receive a room matching the images shown during booking. I was expecting a room with a window or a balcony facing the street. When I raised this concern, I was told that a note had been added, but I did not receive any follow-up or resolution.
Additionally, the bed was positioned directly against the wall on one side, making it quite inconvenient for a couple to get in and out comfortably.
I also experienced an issue with bugs in the bathroom. Although the team addressed it initially, the problem reappeared two days later.
