Pros:

I was not told until after the had checked in that the room was completely blacked out due to the construction going on. If I had known this I would never have booked the hotel. The current was off when I arrived so the room was in complete darkness & no air. The noise was horrible & I was still charged full rate. That's not right

Agréable, propre et proche de la ville
Pros:

Bel hôtel, situé à 10 min à pied du centre. Les chambres coté océan ont une très belle vue. Chambre propre, spacieuse et au calme.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bons.

Cons:

Rien à dire. L’hôtel est actuellement en travaux donc les chambres coté cour donnent sur le chantier mais c’est passager et aucun bruit le matin.

Gutes Hotel in schöner Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Orlando. Das Restaurant mit der Dachterrasse bietet gutes Essen, leckere Drinks und auch das Frühstück am Morgen.

Pros:

The reception staff were helpful in arranging taxi's etc. Location was convenient for the northern downtown area and marine parade. Only half an hour from the airport by car, 5 mins to the water taxis.

Cons:

The hotel is currently undergoing a major expansion. Building work commenced at 6.30 a.m. The builders were literally a couple of metres from our window! We had no view of anything other than a concreate extension and construction workers.

Very Nice Hotel
Pros:

I think the property needs to do better with communication.
Pros:

From the beginning of booking this location it appeared to be the best place for what I was looking for. However, upon arrival I noticed that they were going under renovations. I would have liked to know that prior to booking.

Cons:

The pool wasn't accessible nor was the beachfront area that this property advertised. The lack of communication between the property and incoming guests is not great.
