I think the property needs to do better with communication.
Pros:

From the beginning of booking this location it appeared to be the best place for what I was looking for. However, upon arrival I noticed that they were going under renovations. I would have liked to know that prior to booking.

Cons:

The pool wasn't accessible nor was the beachfront area that this property advertised. The lack of communication between the property and incoming guests is not great.

Excellent, this place was recommended by a family member who stayed there previously.
Pros:

Downtown Belize City and the ferry are in walking distance, and the ice cream shop. Restaurant on top was great- I had a very yummy cheeseburger! Everyone was super friendly, as a solo traveler, I felt safe. The hotel does have a store adjacent to the lobby that has souvenirs and food and coffee.

Cons:

a little noise from construction at the hotel. And no one tells you in public spaces you have to pay to use the restroom.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage
Pros:

Alles notwendige vorhanden, direkt am Meer gelegen und fußläufig bis zu allen relevanten Punkten von Belize City.

Cons:

Aktuell wird das Hotel erweitert, sodass sich direkt daneben eine Baustelle befindet. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

Good place to stay in Belize City
Pros:

Compared to the others it is new and comfortable. The position is good and the staff is very kind

Cons:

Prices are high for what they offer. They are renovating so some areas were not open

סך הכל מלון מאוד נחמד,
נמצא קרוב למרינה.
חדר מרווח.
יש בקבוקי מים בחדר.
מים חמים במקלחת.

Cons:

היו שלושה דברים שלא אהבתי,
1. הגעה לא קלה למלון.
2. שנאמר לי שאני צריכה להשאיר אשראי כפיקדון- דבר שמובן אבל ההיתי שמחה שהיו מעדכנים אותי לפניי ולא באותו רגע שהגעתי כשההיתי עייפה וחסרת כוחות.
3. יחס במסעדה- לפחות איך שאני ראיתי, אני לא מכלילה אבל כן ראוי לשיפור, במיוחד לא לדבר על אנשים מול פניהם.

אה והמחיר יקר והיה רעש מעצבן מהמזגן.

Pros:

I liked the restaurant rooftop and food offerings. They were very accommodating in changing my room after a problem I shared with them regarding a roach found climbing across the ceiling of the room and facing the the construction /expansion side of the hotel.

Cons:

Upon arrival I took a taxi from the airport and was not informed that they offer shuttle service. Upon check-in the staff was very pleasant and nice generally. They stated I had a great room and view. I proceeded to my room. To my surprise, it was facing the inside of the new construction and expansion of the hotel. However, I checked over my room and saw cockroach on the ceiling. I'd taken a picture and informed them. They then were accommodating and provided me a sea side two bedroom across the hall. I still had roach worries, but just asked for extra towels for door seals. The windows in the rooms do not have screens therefore making it more susceptible to outside elements. They retrieved taxis as I needed them. I was greatly appreciative of this. I think disclosure of the construction ongoing, incentive for construction facing rooms, Screened windows, treating pest issue during construction. One last thing, water was not always hot, Luke warm for showers.

The breakfast was delicious

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the fact that I paid for a double standard room, which was not only expensive but also did not include breakfast in the package. I had to separately pay for breakfast.

Recommend!
Pros:

Incredible staff, welcoming and hard working, they keep the place spotless. Rooftop restaurant is a big bonus, with 360 views from the outdoor seating area. Walkable to most sites and to a good variety of eateries. They are expanding/ building a new wing so be sure to request a room away from the active construction site.

Cons:

Hot water was intermittent. Otherwise like it all!!
