Good location, beds were heated, staff were very nice and not too expensive
There was no heat in the room apart from the electric blanket in the bed, the shower was freezing cold or boiling hot and the beds were rock solid
Near the center of Sapa
No elevator. Not for elderly guests or with disability.
Good price, location and big room
Hard mattresses
Great location. Good price if you’re after basic accommodation. Friendly staff. Own private balcony was great.
Hard mattress (but I think overall this is common in Vietnam). The swing function on the fan in our room was broken and it couldn’t be moved to be directed the way we would have liked.
We had a nice window with a decent view. Overall, this was just an affordable place to stay so that we could run a marathon in Sapa the next morning, and it served that purpose perfectly. The staff was nice, it was close the city-center and it was comfortable enough.
Doesn't have a ton of amenities or special features. There was a big event going on in the city center that was very noisy, so it was a bit hard to go to sleep early, but that wasn't the fault of the property, just the event and their proximity to the city-center. Overall though, if you're looking for reasonable pricing with a good location, this is good.
nothing
Terrible location, no heating, holes in the walls, no normal light except some light bulbs hanging, unshielded life threatening wires in the shower. With night temperatures around 3 degrees this is not what you can call a hotel. It was dirty and really don’t understand that this is booking.com. Better sleep outside. So tip for all other Travellers, only book a hotel when it is cold season with an airco which you can use as heater since the whole city Sapa is not heated (also restaurants and bars).
Room was very clean and staff were lovely.
Nice little hotel, freindly, comfy bed, clean.
Room could do with a bit more furniture, bed side table, desk and chair.
the location is really good if you want to be in the center of Sa Pa town. the people are friendly but don't really speak English
it was not really clean. we found hairs of previous guests in the bathroom, on the floor, in the bed, and even urine from previous guests on the toilet seat.
