En general, todo muy bien; el hotel está bonito y bien ubicado; su área junto a la laguna es la mejor que he visto en Bacalar.
El WIFI no sirvió prácticamente nada en toda nuestra estancia; la regadera olía feo y no tenía buena presión; le falta una manita de gato.

Del Hotel nada solamente las habitaciones limpias cómodas y el colchón muy cómodo pero sin almohadas que sirven para ese tipo de colchones

• Matelas installés face à l’eau pour se détendre.

• Taxis facilement disponibles via la réception.
• Hôtel assez éloigné du centre (une voiture est préférable).
• Personnel globalement gentil, mais la propriétaire n’est pas toujours très agréable.
• Serviettes en mauvais état.
• Eau chaude difficile à obtenir et pression de douche faible (il faut demander d’activer l’eau chaude chaque matin).
• Petit déjeuner très limité : café et un seul plat (qui change chaque jour), mais pas de jus, d’eau ou de fruits en complément.
• Si vous arrivez tôt au petit déjeuner, le café peut être celui de la veille.
• Restaurant de l’hôtel assez cher pour une qualité moyenne.
• Beaucoup d’équipements payants (kayaks, etc.), alors que dans d’autres hôtels ils sont parfois inclus.
• Transats très durs sans coussins.
• Pas de gilets de sauvetage gratuits.
• Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.
• L’hôtel demande de ne pas apporter de boissons extérieures mais propose très peu de choix à la vente et les bouteilles d’eau sont chères.
The views of the Bacalar Lagoon from most areas of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and definitely the highlight of the stay.
The property is a 45 minute Walk from town. It’s somewhat difficult and time-consuming to get into town, though taxis make it easy enough to get back. Okay if you have a car. One big plus is that the hotel can arrange tours directly from their dock, which makes lagoon excursions very convenient.
On the downside, we experienced poor water pressure, and the amenities are quite basic. It’s a charming spot for the scenery, but don’t expect high-end comforts. If we had a car we would stay here again
La vista
Las habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaba la regadera, desayuno raquítico.
La habitación contaba con una terraza con vista directa a la laguna. El servicio del personal fue muy amable, cuentan con renta de kayaks y camastros en la plataforma de la laguna. Lugar muy tranquilo y relajante.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la regadera, pero el personal brindo una solución al problema que nos ayudo a no sufrir con agua fria.
Tiene una vista increíble atencion increíble si tienes gatos y los extrañas aqui vas a tener compañía gatuna hermosa

El desayuno nos dijeron que era bufete y no lo hicieron y dieron muy poco
La atención del personal es excelente, tuvimos problemas con el Internet y acudieron a tratar de solucionarlo, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente.
En las noches no había agua caliente en los baños de las habitaciones.
