La vista
Las habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento, no funcionaba la regadera, desayuno raquítico.
La habitación contaba con una terraza con vista directa a la laguna. El servicio del personal fue muy amable, cuentan con renta de kayaks y camastros en la plataforma de la laguna. Lugar muy tranquilo y relajante.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente de la regadera, pero el personal brindo una solución al problema que nos ayudo a no sufrir con agua fria.
Tiene una vista increíble atencion increíble si tienes gatos y los extrañas aqui vas a tener compañía gatuna hermosa

El desayuno nos dijeron que era bufete y no lo hicieron y dieron muy poco
La atención del personal es excelente, tuvimos problemas con el Internet y acudieron a tratar de solucionarlo, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente.
En las noches no había agua caliente en los baños de las habitaciones.
todo, la verdad la estancia fue muy agradable y ayuda mucho a descansar, y la vista a la laguna es agradable.
El acceso a la laguna
Hôtel à taille humaine pieds dans l’eau et terrasses, pontons agréables. et avec accès à un restau sur place. Le personnel du restau est au top très serviable. Le dtaff de ménage très souriant!
A l’accueil nous n’avons été pris en charge qu’au bout de 45 min. Nous aurions aimé être renseignés sur le temps d’attente, la possibilité d’aller au restau en attendant etc… car ensuite il etait fermé. Attention hôtel hors ville il faut tout faire en voiture mais super d’être au bord de la lagune!
