Pros:

Excelente, la ubicación, la comida incluida muy buena. El acceso a la laguna esta genial.

Cons:

El horario de la alberca no estaba establecido y la gente hacia ruido a las 10 u 11 de la noche y la habitación al estar cerca se escuchaba el ruido. Pero de ahi en fuera todo bien

Hotel con Vista Espectacular, buenos servicios y limpieza.
Pros:

Pienso que a los desayunos les pueden sacar mucho provecho, ya que siento que les faltaron guarniciones, las porciones están bien, pero hacerlas más sustanciosas con más sabor y además de meter cafe de grano, meter pan de dulce.

Cons:

Las toallas están limpias, pero requieren ya un cambio ya se ven muy viejitas, en el area de las camas con sobra en el asoleadero faltan 2 mesas con sombrilla para que la familia pueda disfrutar la vista tan espectacular.

La ubicación, la zona de alberca y muelles excelente. El personal muy amables todos, peroooo

Cons:

Al personal a pesar de ser muy amables, les falta visión, mejorar el servicio. No le sacan provecho a la zona de alberca y muelles es un espacio muy grande donde podrían poner mesas, Sombras, servir bebidas, ofrecer snacks , etc. La alberca nunca estuvo llena a su capacidad, no le hacen limpieza.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y el lugar está limpio , las camas son cómodas y el personal de recepción y aseo muy amable

Cons:

La comida es malísima pedimos cócteles de camarón y era camarón con 1/2 litro de catsup super espeso e incomible 3 rebanadas de aguacate y cilantro aparte caro para lo que es , el guacamole era una embarrada en el plato y también caro para la porción y el servicio de los meseros deja mucho que desear
