The hotel was aweful, no parking and no hot water. No elevators to climb 3 stories. It smelled moldy and the shower walls were dirty. Please don't recommend thisplace. The Hacienda hotel and the santa barbara hotel are the best in the town of Arandas, Jalisco.

The shower at this property was dirty because open shampoo and soap bars were laying opened inside the shower fixtures and on top of the shower head. Also, it is very noisy due to the traffic from the main street. Expedia should also put a disclosure that payment must be made at the front desk and that only a reservation is made online through the website.
La atención fue buena. Yo creí que era hotel boutique pero solo son cuartos sencillos.

Como es posible que operen como HOTEL y ustedes lo promuevan, tuve que salir de la habitación, para encender el calentador (no había agua caliente), se supone que lo debe encender el personal, pero llega a las 8.30 am
En las 2 habitaciones que rentamos, 1 cama de cada una, no tenían ropa de cama,
EL PRECIO QUE COBRAN, EXCESIVAMENTE CARO

Solo la regadera es muy grande y no regulas la temperatura a gusto o cómodamente, de los demás en general muy bien

Desepcionante e insalubre el hotel, Cucarachas y chinchenes en almohada, cama y suelo. El bañó al entrar con olor picante a la garganta y ardor en los ojos, polvo en lamparas, ganchos de ropa rotos, terraza con demasiado escremento de palomas, en general pesimo. Le enseñe fotos de todo esto al gerente para qué se apliquen ya qué esta muy descuidada la limpieza y supervision de camas sabanas y almohadas. Los colchones ya deben tener huevesillos de chinches y cucarachas no basta con cambiarlas hay qué tirar ésos colchones y comprar nuevos. Por $1,124 que nos costó la noche pueden encontrar hoteles mucho mejor. No pasen por la misma experiencia que nosotros. No lo recomiendo. Quise subir fotos pero la aplicacion no funciono.
Insalubre, falta de limpieza, polvo y mucho ruido.
Nos agrado mucho el lugar y todos los servicios aunque solo faltó sentimos es que le faltó un poco de ventilación al cuerpo
