Nice and convenient but unfair policy and unclear, ignorant too as i havent had a response even
Pros:

Facility and cleanliness cant go wrong. Car park and location is spot on

Cons:

They took a further £15 off my deposit for laundry allegedly. As my partner got a little makeup on the blanket. No where does it mention extra charges for laundry. You'd think sheets get changed regardless of being dirty or not for the next client. But clearly another way to make money. On top of the £3 they already take for "service" charge. So a further £18 deducted from deposit on top of obviously what you've already paid for the room

Ideal for an emergency stay but please keep in mind they charge £100 deposit which is very sneakily add in the post and

Pros:

I like that the level of cleanliness is maintained. I'm in Coventry on a monthly basis and I have been staying here for the last 3 years

Cons:

Unable to reach anyone after 9pm. I've never had a need to but it'll be ideal to have an emergency contact contingency process in place.

The system to gain entry, very cumbersome process to know if you have done everything right and will get key card

Good value for money
Pros:

I had a great stay. Check-in was easy and straightforward, with clear self check-in instructions provided by the host beforehand, which made the arrival process completely hassle-free. The onsite parking was a great convenience, and the rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable, and well presented. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily recommend it.

Cookimg facilities, private parking & close to city centre
Pros:

Esay to get the key (via phone) as the system allows a digital one (standard card key also available). Cooking facilities mean I can cook my meals, rather than have to buy either sandwiches (which can be costly) or eat takeaways (prefer them as a treat, as not the healthiest option). The fridge helps too.
Private parking, away from the road, and quick walk into the city centre.

Cons:

Can't think of anythimg, as this is the hotel I use most weeks, while in Coventry.
