Checking into a hotel should be simple, but at Sky City Apartments, it was a nightmare. They charge £5 just for a key, unless you use their app, PocketPass. While I managed the app, I can see how it would be tough for older guests. The whole experience, from cobwebs and cleanliness issues to the awkward check-in and a £100 deposit (not fully refunded, only £97), left us feeling unwelcome. The apartment was small, dark, and overall, it’s not a place I’d recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy key fob using phone meant checkin was a breeze as all logging on was all done prior to arrival. This meant as soon as we arrived key was there on my phone and we were in in seconds

Very clean there was scratches on the mirrors and a bit of paint scratched before we come in there

The area is not the best that's probably reflected in the price. Could do with some fine cleaning in some areas (not a major issue) like top of sockets and switches etc.
