Lovely & modern apartment with all the facilities you need..very clean & spacious & the beds comfort is a 10/10..great sleep..we have used Sky City on many occasions before & will continue to do so in the future..staff service 10/10..Thankyou

Not clean not good value for money and deposit system is not explained prior to booking
Pros:

Location and parking was good

Cons:

The deposit you have to transfer after booking not fully mentioned prior to booking. The room had cobwebs on skirting and door frames. The smell in the hallway in the block were not pleasant. Trying to get deposit returned after check out costs £7 for admin fee

Easy parking and quick walk into city centre.
Pros:

Easy parking, away from the main road. The kitchen is useful for making own food (means healthier as not eating takeaways and cheaper than restaurants).
Quick walk into the city centre. The option of using a mobile as hotel key is useful too.
I use this hotel for a few days, most weeks. Recommended.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that I haven't liked.

Hidden charges everywhere, poor facilities
Cons:

Lots of hidden charges. All links to communicate were broken. No access until deposit after paying. £3 charge in deposit. £5 charge for room key which I wasn't told about in their text service. £7 charge for getting deposit back via text service. Toilet would barely flush. Heating locked to 17 degrees and my partner has temperature regulation issues. Overall, felt cheap and sneakily chipping away with hidden charges. Totally misleading. Not honest business at all.

You can hear every sound from the rooms around you including the people screaming having sex being extremely loud. Staff were useless when i asked for a refund

Disappointed.
Pros:

Conveniently located and free parking. Good sized room.

Cons:

- only one large towel
- only 2 teabags
- freezer needed defrosting
- cigarette smoke smell
- cigarette burns in bedding
- watered down fair liquid for washing dishes
- window out into the alley had been left wide open
- when booking there was nothing to say there would be £100 deposit taken. If you pay by the link they then hold the money for 30 days and deduct £3 admin fee.
- brown patches on wall where they had touched up the navy paint

Very nice property, perfect location, very clean and comfartable
Pros:

The units are perfect for people working away, you have everything you need at your fingertips for a perfect stay, very clean and everything you need is supplied

Cons:

The only thing I think that can be done to improve the stay would be to install some draught excluder strips into the doorframes, I was in room E2 block E and when other guests enter or leave, the door to my room was very noisy, these simple none expensive strips would eradicate this issue

Lovely bungalow, but the 'welcome basket' let it down.
Pros:

Nice little bungalow, comfy beds, clean.

Cons:

Only given 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets, 5 sugars and 2 tiny milks for 3 people for two nights.
One of the milks was off, but i didn't realise until I tipped in my tea, which then meant I couldn't drink it. Very disappointed, considering everything else was really good. The 'welcome basket' looked very sorry for itself.
