Te dan un reglamento que es bastante sencillo de cumplir, mi problema está en que dice que el horario de la alberca es de 9:00am a 9:00pm. Durante el primer día me quedé en el área verde, no estaba dentro de la alberca, eran las 9:05pm y la señora que se encuentra en la caseta, se me acercó, de forma muy grosera me dijo que no podía estar ahí, que en mi habitación tenía balcón.

Honestamente el trato que recibí de su parte no me agrado para nada.

Fuera de eso no tuve ningún inconveniente.

Would be good if I wasn't in a wheelchair.

Not an accessible hotel. Beds were reasonably soft.

Cons:

Zen Harmony didn't monitor messages through the Booking.com app. So when I arrived with a wheelchair, they were not prepared, nor could the hotel accommodate wheelchair use. Steps are everywhere, with no ramps and cobblestones.

I have stayed here numerous times. I like it. Spacious clean great location. It can be a bit hit a miss on kitchen supplies which is important to me. I always ask for what's missing and usually recieve it. I will continue to book here when I require a bigger space as there are only 2 bedroom places available.

Excellent apartment with a reasonable price in the zone.
Pros:

Everything is excellent: the location, the connection with the downtown, the public services, stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and so on.
The apartment offers excellent value for money: kitchen, bedrooms, living room, terrace, illumination, wifi, quiet and so on.
It's my favorite stay place in Puerto Vallarta
