Breakfast was good. I'd rate it 7/10. Nothing amazing but there was a lot to choose from and I appreciate the choices.
Hashbrowns were soggy, not crispy like they should be.
The cleanliness of the room was absolutely disgusting. There was previous customers hair still in the bathroom shower the floors were not clean the A/C unit was filthy and it did not look like the bedding was even changed on one of the beds for sure. After we complained to the front desk one of the room cleaners knocked twice on the door and didn’t even announce who she was and barged in the room. Not very professional if you ask me … at the end of complaining about the lack of cleanliness they offered 20% off our next stay I don’t think that is even remotely fair to my family

Loved the cleanliness and convenience of the location.
There was a couple who had a reservation in hand that got turned away because it wasn’t in the system. I felt bad for them but the front desk staff were professional and offered solutions for them.

came for a family get away , with wife and 2 kids , Kids love the pool , at this instance , the pool water was murky , mold on the stairs of the slide , dirt stains on the inside of the pool , absolutely disgusting . The price we paid for the hotel room was one of the most expensive in Prince George , we chose this hotel for the pool , was absolutely disappointed , i think we are owed a refund .

I felt bad for the front desk as it was clearly under staffed but he did an exceptional job of getting everyone checked in the best he could.

Ontbijt ok, met echte borden en bestek. Parkeren geen probleem. Fijne diner tips van vriendelijke receptioniste. Prima allemaal.

We booked the room with a loft which was so amazing with kids! Very clean and had a little more space which was nice!
We loved the pool and stayed for two days but noticed it was getting quite dirty in there. The pool deck wasn’t being hosed off and by the end of our stay the pool was starting to get gross with hair chunks floating around and the water slide stairs desperately need to be cleaned. The hot tub was nice but it could have been way hotter.
