Good location and restaurant
Pros:

Good location and restaurant was really good.

Cons:

Pillows were uncomfortable and fridge was very small. Bright light shone into one of our rooms even with the blind down

Room did not match the description and poor customer service

I didn't like anything

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room I received did not match the description on Booking.com, as it did not have the advertised garden view. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, making it very difficult for my partner and me to sleep.

I immediately informed the property and asked to be moved to another room, but they refused to help. Instead, they told me that Booking.com was responsible for assigning the room and that only Booking.com could resolve the issue.

Overall, the room did not match what I booked, and the lack of assistance from the property made the experience even more frustrating. I hope the listing is updated to accurately reflect the rooms and that future guests receive better support.

Lite og koselig hotell med store fine rom og topp service
Pros:

Det var store fine rom med balkong. Topp renhold og deilige senger. Frokosten og kaffen var nydelig! Bassenget var også veldig bra. Det eneste vi kunne ønsket oss var sjøutsikt. Personalet var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme! En spesiell takk til Leo og Vicki!

Bastante agradável e acima daquilo que parece ser a média em Ksamil.
Pros:

Do pequeno-almoço, foi entre todos os critérios do hotel aquele que se destacou, sendo realmente o melhor dele.

Cons:

A experiencia do check.-in fraca e o hotel não tem uma espaço comum comodo a nao ser o restaurante.

No geral foi muito bom e a repetir
Pros:

O atendimento e disponibilidade de todos que lá trabalham. Começando no Leo, foi muito amável. As pessoas do restaurante/pequeno almoço foram excepcionais.

Cons:

O facto de um dos quartos não ter AC e ter uma janela que não era possível cobrir a luz. As luzes apagavam muito tarde e era difícil dormir com luz.

Pros:

Chambre moderne,très spacieuse,lits très confortables,bien située,superbe piscine chaude et le plus pas de contraintes d horaires.
Personnel agréable.
Petit déjeuner diversifié et pas mal.

Cons:

Pas d ascenseur,pas de problème pour nous mais si une personne est en difficulté physique pour marcher,pas top.
Climatisation qui coulait,chasse d eau qui fonctionne mal.
A la salle de bain 0 étagères pour poser nos affaires de toilette.

Lovely friendly clean hotel
Pros:

Very helpful friendly staff on both reception and in the bar restaurant.Staff in restaurant very professional and proactive which I have since found is not guaranteed in Ksamil! They could not do more for you. Shout out too to the chefs and housekeeping staff. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Nice air-conditioning. Ideal location for us. 8 minutes walk to the beach. Very near some good value restaurants but a street away from the noisy centre so nice and quiet at Hotel. We had several good meals at The Fish Tavern. ( Family run. Very good value. Delicious food. Go down the hill to the main Street. Turn left and it's up the hill on the left opposite the Grill Zone)We also ate at grill zone. Food there was good. But after our mains, service was awful. We had to ask 3 times to get more wine. They present you with raki then just want you to go so they can turn the tables round.

Cons:

No real issues at Hotel. Would have liked to be able to order omelette or scrambled egg for breakfast. Hotel restaurant food was good but a bit on the expensive side to have every day.

Great hotel, would definately recommend/return!
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very clean, comfortable, lovely pool and restaurant area. The staff were very friendly. Quiet area and only a 5 minute walk into the main centre of Ksamil with lots going on. Breakfast buffet was amazing also!

Cons:

Our air conditioning system was malfunctioning in our room. We informed reception and they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room as it was a complicated fix. The room we moved to was much smaller than our previous however the hotel refunded us the difference in room price which was great. Thank you!
