Clean, comfortable, and great value place to stay!
Pros:

Great family hotel with very kind staff. In a quiet alley, but located close to the Imperial City. Several local food, shops, cafes within walking distance. They were nice enough to let us check in early after we arrived sooner than expected due to our travel plans changing.

Pros:

The location, friendly staff with great attitude

Cons:

There were a lot of ants and other insects in the room. Additionally, the bedding felt synthetic, making it incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep on. The AC unit is positioned directly above the bed, blowing cold air straight down all night, which risks catching a cold—so I had to turn it off. To make matters worse, a neighboring rooster was crowing all night starting from midnight. It screamed every few hours, making the sleep quality absolutely terrible.
Breakfast was also a mixed experience. During check-in, I was asked to select my breakfast choices for the next day in advance. This felt quite unusual, as I had never experienced this at a hotel before, but ok. While the food itself was decent, the coffee was terrible. It was served cold, very strong, and had an artificial, flavored taste. I would have much preferred a classic, black filter coffee to start my morning.
I really wanted to give this property a higher score because the staff have a great attitude and try their best to provide great service. They definitely made a tough stay a little bit better. However, the main thing you expect from a one-night stay is a good night's sleep and proper rest, which I unfortunately did not get.

It’s a cute traditional homey place to stay ..lots of characters you won’t get from a hotel
Pros:

Clean and within walking distance to imperial citadel ..shops and restaurants

Cons:

If travel with too much or too heavy luggage.. would have hard time to get up and down stairs. The inn staff will do their best to help though. Larger vehicles would not make it through the alley way. Most Grabs will only drop you off at the nearest Main Street and ask you to walk the short remaining way yourself

Hôtel caché mais cool et zen
Pros:

L'attention de Vie réceptionniste car le grab nous a déposé très très loin sur l 'avenue nous a surclassés.Nga qui nous a servis avec gentillesse et zénitude de super petits déjeuners et le veilleur de nuit souriant et disponible si besoin

Ruhiges und zentrales Stadthotel
Pros:

Ein kleines süßes Stadthotel, Vi hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon ❤️. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Dusche funktioniert wunderbar und das Frühstück war reichlich. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Zitadelle zu besuchen, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Haupteingang. In der direkten Nähe des Hotels gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants/ Cafés. Vi hat uns auch mit der Weiterfahrt geholfen und viele tolle Touren Vorschläge gemacht. Wir haben spontan eine Nacht verlängert und können dieses ruhige Hotel weiterempfehlen.

La verdad, este Alojamiento nos sorprendió. Lo encontramos muy bonito y lleno de detalles, aprovechamiento de espacios y todo muy bien equilibrado. La habitación muy rica, el baño también. Los espacios comunes muy lindos. Se nota una gran preocupación en la decoración, Muy sobria y linda. El personal muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar en todas nuestras preguntas, lo recomiendo 100%

Очень красивый и живописный отель
Pros:

Очень красивый и атмосферный номер! И сам отель живописно и интересно оформлен. Одна только возможность выбирать свет ламп для освещения номера (можно выбрать теплый, холодный или белый свет) чего стоит! Очень вкусный и обильный завтрак (можно выбрать из нескольких вариантов) и его приготовили и сервировали чуть ли не мгновенно! Замечательный, доброжелательный персонал. Hoang Hien нам во всем помогала и была очень приветлива. Нам все очень понравилось и наше пребывание в отеле стало яркой и приятной составляющей общего впечатления о прекрасном городе Хюэ. Если будем еще в Хюэ, обязательно остановимся здесь снова.

Heel fijn hotel.
Pros:

De ligging aan een klein straatje, waardoor het er erg stil was. Heerlijk bed en zeer vriendelijk personeel (Hien en Tuan). Op loopafstand van de citadel.
