Cons:

I love the pool on the rooftop BUT PLEASE have some towels up there and some service. Maybe more lounge chairs even if the space is very limited.

The hotel room was in unacceptable condition—there were greasy handprints on the walls above the bed and mold in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the service at the front desk was terrible. When I asked the receptionist if they had a luggage scale, she completely misunderstood me and started taking my bags to the luggage storage. When I tried to clarify what I meant, she dismissed me by saying that I was 'speaking in my own language.'
