Nice hotel, staff experience changed opinion
Pros:

Location was good as you could get the metro easily to the city, rooms were clean & comfy

Cons:

the 'roof bar' was very underwhelming.
Some staff rude, we had an issue with the staff not understanding our room number and very rudely told to leave as we couldnt have breakfast although this had been paid for. The staff member who assisted in the end and let the other member know she had made a mistake was great but we received no apology for the behaviour. this left a very bad taste so for that reason we would not stay again

Underwhelming for the price and a long distance from city centre
Pros:

Rooms are well equipped and the decor in the hotel is modern

Cons:

Not gol value for money, €14 for a poor breakfast, very slow check in service, staff not very helpful. For £200 a night I expect high quality service and breakfast included.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and made you feel really welcome.
The facilities are really good and well set up. Missed having a gym as an option.
Good size room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The location was a little further out of Lisbon centre.
No iron in the room.
