Personal muy amable. Nos ayudaba en todo lo que podían ante nuestras solicitudes. El hotel está en un callejón muy silencioso aunque algo oscuro de iluminación. Habitación limpia y camas cómodas.
No nos convenció el desayuno ya que nos pusieron dos de tres días noodles. Se les puede decir que no quieres pero el día de antes.
La bañera no estaba bien sellada a la pared y no tiene cortinas; por lo que el baño se inunda con facilidad haciendo complicado su uso ya que no hay fregona.

The hotel was on a quiet back alley in central Ninh Binh. The rooms were spacious, with good air con and WiFi. Breakfast was included, which was a nice start to the day. The location was poor as I can’t ride a motorcycle, so there was only the walking street for entertainment at night. It was a struggle to find restaurants open for lunch. I took taxis down to Tam Coc, which were between 100000 and 130000 vnd one way. The hotel offers motorcycle hire, so if you’re able to ride and want to be in a quieter area away from the touristy Tam Coc, this place would be a good place to stay.

Staff friendly and so accomodating. They organised transfers and tours. They went the extra mile to make our favourite breakfast. Room large and clean.

If you’re a light sleeper, best to look elsewhere. There was a dog in one of the houses that kept barking.

The hotel and service are good. The owner is not the best at english, but she is very helpfull and will make you feel comfortable. The hotel is placed in an alley, which might be uncomfortable for some, but we felt safe. Not much else to say. If you want affordable hotel with a nice room and good service, book this hotel.

The owner of O Zoli Home went above and beyond suggesting restaurants organizing my Grab . Very helpful and sweet rented her scooter and she laid out a route and provided a map made everything easy

Wonderful staff and owners. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to find the highlights of the sites with scooter (rental at hotel) and quick easy breakfast.

La propriétaire a été d’une précieuse aide. Elle est tres dévouée et donne un excellent service, tant pour le déjeuner, le service du buanderie, renseigner et booker les expéditions. L’hôtel est bien situé à deux rues d’un beau secteur avec pagode, lanternes et restaurants. La chambre est confortable.

호텔개념보다 홈스테이 같은 분위기라서 차라리좋았고 원하는것은 바로바로 해결해줄려는 친절함이 좋았다. 단점은 골목안이라서 정신 바짝차리지않으면 여러번 빙글빙글 돌아야하는것
