The staff was friendly and helpful
No complaints
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Good parking.
Absolutely terrible coffee! Doesn’t even taste like coffee! Just tossed it out! That too bad as It’s not the right way to start the day! The rest of the breakfast was just ok. Bananas were too hard, too many sausages and no bacon. Scrambled Eggs were good - also had oatmeal and waffles.
Very clean and staff was great.
Shower is crap. Very low water pressure and no consistent warm water.
Clean and beautiful hotel. Shower was super!!;) Glass shower door and water were great. The room was beautiful and the beds were great. The breakfast was sooo good. Tortillas, fresh fruit, pancaces, waffle, eggs,bacon,sausage,.....the list goes on.:))))
Nothing to complain.
Breakfast was excellent. There were several options to pick from and the food was delicious. The place was kept very clean. The room was clean and the service was great.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Staff! They were so sweet! From the receptionist to the cleaning staff and breakfast staff who making sure the counters were clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The alcohol drink prices, so expensive 🥲
Breakfast was great
Heat was not working in our room
Told receptionist was told see would fix the problem but different
So talked to her again and she finally moved us to a different room
We liked the layout and spacious rooms. Everything was clean. The Keurig and other conveniences in the room were appreciated. The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of offerings. Good coffee.
There was a small area in the bathroom where the wallpaper was damaged from water. It was the only thing in the room that seemed off. But it didn’t affect anything.
Clean updated hotel. Quite excellent breakfast choices. Always have enjoyed Fairfield Inn. Will visit again.
Nothing
I really liked how clean everything was. The room and common areas were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfasts were good, but I wish the quality was a little better.
The hotel was close to lots of shopping and eating places. It was easy to get in and out of location. The room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet. The weather was bad and it was between Christmas and New Year’s so the rooms were definitely not all full but, still, very quiet. The breakfast area was room and nice. The food was regular hotel fare with several hot options. Coffee (but not tea) was available all the time in the lobby along with lemon ice water. The staff was GREAT. We requested an additional chair. We had rented a suite and wanted our daughter and her husband to come over and visit. There were no additional room chairs but we were able to get a pool chair and it was comfortable enough. We also had a light bulb that needed replacing. These items were taken care of promptly and efficiently—and pleasantly. We are the QC 2-4 times a year and will put this on our short list of places to stay.
I wouldn’t say these are things I didn’t like but possible improvements to make it even better. 1) a second chair in suites or at least some on hand to provide for those who might need one—especially for suites 2) real oatmeal for breakfast instead of packets. There was a wonderful assortment of toppings for the flavored oatmeal packets but they didn’t really go together. 3) a few more washcloths in the room—we stayed two nights and had two washcloths. We can reuse towels but not so much the washcloths. We request our room not to be cleaned each day as we like to leave our things out so they weren’t replenished either.
Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts.
