It was a very good experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Shower floor was very slippery and no towel rack. And there were many children that were not being controlled by their parents and were very loud and trashed out the dining area after staff had cleaned it after breakfast.

Not perfect but I’d stay here again
Pros:

Very clean and quiet while being conveniently located off I-74 near food/shopping. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast with all the usual plus French toast and munchkin donuts. Now for the minor inconveniences: the AC eventually cools the room but don’t expect it to be cold, the front of the building faces the sun so keep the blinds closed if you’re out all day otherwise the room will be very hot when you come back at the end of the day, only one washer/dryer for guests, the TV channels don’t match up with what it says on the TV so you basically after stop on every channel and see what’s on, the walk in shower is great but some water does seep out under the door. If you stay here, I highly recommend you eat nearby at Mission BBQ because the food was awesome.
