Centrally located, check in was easy
3am weekend license meant thumping bass music until 2.30am, impossible to sleep. Would never have booked this place had I known this was the case and frankly they shouldn’t be taking paying guests on weekends. Poor attention to detail by housekeeping: tea and coffee supplied but no cups!
Right in the CBD of Orange.
Nil.
room was good and kept clean.
Old carpets. Upgrade those and the motel wont look too shabby.
The hotel was in the CBD centre and they had a bistro downstairs.
The carpet in the room was very dusty and I am allergic to dust, so I kept sneezing constantly. The showers were a bit dirty with wet dust slippers footprints there and the toilet ran out of toilet paper the evening I checked in and was not replaced. I went to the wash room the next day in the morning (I stayed only overnight), and there was still no TP. I think the staffs need to do regular checks on the room floors.
That we weren't informed of the disco right beneath our room from 10.30 am till 2.30 am
Conveniently located
Extremely loud music until 3 AM. It was impossible to sleep. The noise in the room was louder than in a nightclub, and the bass was so strong that the bed was literally shaking. Around 7 AM, the music started again. There was no warning that loud parties would be happening during the night. I came here expecting a quiet place to rest, but instead hadn't a sleepless night. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, I definitely do not recommend staying here.
The rude receptionist/bar lady who checked us in. Very apathetic.
I received an upgrade when my original room hadn't been serviced. Hotel seems recently renovated. On site bistro served adequate dinner.
In common with many hotels, on site loud music, but finished around midnight.
Clean comfortable & a good pub to eat at.
Convenient
Low lighting
The price was right and it was close to where we needed to be.
We were not informed that a band would be playing till 3:30am. Which would have been fantastic if I was not trying to sleep. There was no sound proofing in the rooms.
Room had been smoked in, ac stank
Plenty of room for 2 people to share and move around in
Bathroom space was generous but no real area to hang towels or clothes when showering. Vanity was old and tired looking and taps were loose.
I didn’t
Loud music til 3am
Dirty
Manholes on roof open
