Relaxing, Comfortable, and Wonderful.
Pros:

Sony and Ciara made my check-in fun and exciting with a sprinkle of “let me show you some places to eat for dinner on Xmas Eve”! With a nice room. When I checked out, the young lady with the short haircut was lovely as well. I am a frequent staycationer at this hotel, and this has been the best experience since the last one, which was good in July of 2025.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Loved my stay at Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City! Perfect location, stylish and spotless rooms, and such friendly, helpful staff. The bed was super comfortable, and dining at Wayward was a highlight. Great vibe, great service would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel - DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR A CITY VIEW

Con’s
Do not pay extra for a city view room. I did and my room had no view and looked directly into an office block opposite. I had to have the curtains shut the entire time

I booked through Amex platinum and paid extra because of the benefits offered. I did not receive a room upgrade as I was told it would take house keeping ‘hours’ to get the room ready, even though it was already 7pm. I feel this along with the ‘city view’ was very disappointing

A comfortable stay in a prime location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful December stay at Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia!! The location was perfect for walking to many destinations…especially Reading Terminal Market, which we visited daily 😊

The room was a good size, king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than I expected for a downtown city hotel.

All of the staff were friendly and so helpful!! Would stay here again the next time we’re in Philly!
