Great location, all employees were great except check in employee was just OK, seemed distracted, should have told us to expect a credit hold for $150 more than the actual gross room charge.

Loved the weekend stay at Canopy in Center City. Easily walkable from all the major attractions in this part of Philly. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive (shout out to Devoni, Felicia, and Brianna)! The rooms are tastefully decorated, very cozy, and clean. You have a repeat customer in me!

This hotel is a beautiful gem. Situated in a perfect spot right next to a lovely center for sitting out in the open air, a quick walk to Reading market for fabulous food, or an easy jaunt to the many significant historical Philadelphia must see areas. Oh, and across from the hotel is a lovely family-owned, fresh, all-natural food market that has great produce to buy for the room. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated with up-to-date art and memorabilia. The room was ritzy enough that we had to ask several times where certain buttons were to turn off lights or on for the ice boxe, lol. The staff were very friendly and pleasant to work with especially Ciara, she went above and beyond to explain everything to us and help us. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel for a great stay.

This is my second time here in a month. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff. They have been exceptional both times. My rooms have been nice; but make no mistake, the team at this location are the biggest asset and the stars of the show. I will be back again.

How beautiful it is and it had everything you need for a pleasent stay

Ciara at the front desk was awesome. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and more importantly, a pleasure to talk to. Honestly, it was the best check-in experience ever.

Overall, the room has a decent size and pretty quite. I love the location of the hotel very much - almost 6 - 10 minutes to everywhere I want to go.

I always chose this hotel when I go to Philly. The staff is always willing to help and welcoming. The location is more than perfect, a 10-minute walk to visitor center and independence hall, and 10-minute drive to Amtrak station.
The room is spacious and has a door that seperates the bed zone and the living zone, which really helps insulate noise from the hallway. Try to ask for a room facing the office building, almost no traffic noise there. I also like the shades that block the sun to give you a sound sleep whole night.

I stayed at the canopy to attend my sister in laws funeral on 2/19. I was gone the majority of 2/19 due to her burial being held in Newton, PA. When I tell you your staff went above their job. I needed a place to change and they opened a transfer space for my daughter and I, after holding on to our things for the majority of the day! I was very grateful!

I recently stayed at this charming property for a conference in January.  Never having been to Philadelphia, I had no idea what to expect.
My experience was truly wonderful!  The location of the hotel is so convenient to downtown - close to the historic market, a quick walk to the Liberty Bell and lots of restaurants and shops, as well as the convention center. 
The hotel's lobby was warm and inviting; the rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds, adequate storage for clothing and a spacious enough bathroom that I didn't feel cramped while getting ready in the mornings.  I enjoyed the Nespresso machine in my room, and while I didn't use it, the cooling drawer was nice to have as well.  The aesthetic was very modern/urban and different, but the very best feature of this hotel was the staff.  From the bellmen to the front desk to the housekeepers - everyone was friendly and attentive.  A specific shoutout to Sony, who helped me with a question about my room prior to my arrival.  He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in a lovely, quiet room with a beautiful city view!   He and Ciara were both great.  I wish I knew the name of the housekeeper who cleaned my room as well because she was fantastic.  These days there are so many choices for lodging, properties work hard to differentiate themselves from the competition.  The best, most effective way to do that is to leave an indelible impression of care.  From what I experienced, the staff at the Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia understood that assignment.  I hope my travels will bring me back to Philly soon.

I loved everything about my stay here. Devon at the front desk gave me a ton of great info about the area. Miss Shannon in housekeeping brought me 2 extra blankets and was super pleasant.

Yedidah and Breana are the absolute best Hilton hire them to run all their hotels absolutely amazing made my stay so good
