Safe and quiet area, friendly staff and clean rooms!
Pros:

The rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed was made everyday. The staff helped us with any questions or concerns we had. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava a dovere, e i filtri erano molto sporchi.
Dal rubinetto del bidet usciva appena un rigagnolo d'acqua, e pure fredda

Lovely quiet/safe neighborhood with helpful staff
Pros:

It is more like a small but private BNB vs. hotel located in a really lovely neighborhood with lots of dog walkers especially up two blocks by a wonderful fountain and palazzos. A must-see for tourists. The breakfast had good variety and included hot chocolate, which is my morning drink of choice! I took two pieces of fruit with me that saved for later - thank you!

Cons:

What I didn't care for was that the side street (main) entrance is kept locked and there were no instructions given beforehand or posted to press a buzzer with someone's surname on it. I got help from a local as I was hesitant to press a buzzer that didn't identify as part of the hotel. Anna opened the door promptly and we became quite friendly in my short stay with my limited Italian and her limited English. However, I'm grateful for the security as they give you a key card to get in and it is a lovely, safe, quiet, non-touristy neighborhood.
