Pros:

Localização perfeita, pouca distância do principal centrinho de Sintra.
O Rui nos indicou 3 restaurantes para almoço, escolhemos 1 muito perto e maravilhoso (pastéis de bacalhau sensacionais).
Hotel muito silencioso, fácil acesso, limpo excelentes instalações e atendimento muito cordial.
Pegamos o quarto com deck, excelente para quem gosta de mais espaço.

Hôtel ambiance rétro très bien placé à Sintra
Pros:

Ne souhaitant pas loger directement à Lisbonne, l'emplacement de l'hôtel non loin de la gare de Sintra était parfait. L'ambiance rétro de l'hôtel était sympa.
Le petit déjeuner était varié avec des produits locaux.
Notre hôte était très serviable.

Cons:

La chambre était au calme mais malheureusement sans vue .

Five-Star Hospitality from Start to Finish

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality from Rui and Simão was outstanding—they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of the Moorish Castle, which made my stay even more memorable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great assortment of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. My room was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

A localização e funcionários perfeitos
Pros:

Para ficar em Sintra encontramos sem dúvida o local perfeito. Fica mesmo à entrada do centro por isso fizemos a pé todo o percurso pelos monumentos de Sintra sem problema. O carro ficou estacionado num estacionamento gratuito a uns 200m do hotel.
Os funcionários são do mais simpático e prestáveis que vão encontrar, ajudaram em tudo o que pedi e extras mesmo depois do check out. Vão adorar as pessoas todas., grande abraço para eles
Nós ficamos no quarto mais pequeno e mesmo nesse para um casal ficamos perfeitamente confortáveis sem qualquer limitação.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue lo amables y atentos que han sido con nosotros. Simao es excepcional.
Su terraza es preciosa, tiene pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.
