War ganz ok, wäre nur schön wenn die Küche doch ein bisschen besser ausgestattet wäre mit sämtlichen Utensilien, alleine ein Toaster um sich Brötchen warm zu machen hätte schon so viel mehr gebracht oder etwas mehr Besteck, bzw 1-2 Töpfe.

Es war wirklich wunderbar!

I left when it was clear there was no other room available. The one I had (002) was on the ground floor, with windows on two corners, with a view of and from a work place and the back of a bar or something. So absolutely no privacy. Cooking is possible in principle, but a sign says you have to open the window. Otherwise the fire alarm might go off and there would be a huge bill from the fire department to pay. It was quite cold outside, so not an attractive idea. I was only there for half an hour, and the sound insulation did not seem great. For the rest I can’t judge it.

It was good well located and easy to access

An sich war ich mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Neu, modern, gute Preis Leistung, gute Beschreibung der Anreise.
Sehr ärgerlich war aber, dass ich das teure Frühstück mitgebucht haben, aber keins bekam. Man war auch leider nicht bereit mir den Betrag für die nicht erbrachte Leistung zurück zu erstatten.

Apartment nicht schlecht, leider Rest passt nicht .. in Badezimmer habe ich meine Kulturtasche mit wertvollen Inhalten vergessen….. das habe ich gleich gemeldet…. Lange Kommunikation mit viel Zeit Aufwand…. Zum Schluss ist nichts gefunden? Schade das es so ist …..

For now, it will be my place of choice anytime and any day, when I find myself in and need to stay Munich. Excellent.

Sehr schönes neues Appartementhotel. Tolle Einrichtung, hell, ruhig und sehr gemütlich.

Très déçu par cet hôtel et ses prestations. Pour celui qui cherche quelque chose de chaleureux, à fuir ...
Pas d'info sur le site lors de la réservation qui dit que le petit déjeuner se trouve dans un autre hôtel à 10 min à pied et en plus sans service là-bas, le tout presque 50 € à 2 pour 2 jours, sans parler des rares petits pains durs, bref ... Pour la chambre, très impersonnelle, sans le moindre rideaux, un volet qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir et dès qu'on ouvre celui qui fonctionne tout le monde voit dans la chambre ... et la vue sur les travaux d'en face ...
Pas de réception et tout doit se faire par Whatsapp ...
En bref, c'est le 1er commentaire que je fais mais je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, pour le même prix il y a beaucoup mieux.

Ich war enttäucht das es kein Sofa, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, vorhanden war. Als Sitzecke könnten auch Sessel benutzt werden, leider waren es nur kalte Stühle.

Very clean room in a totally new apartment, great location, beautiful interior and furniture, modern and comfortable. I had everything we needed in the room, the host answered within minutes! I will definitely book this location again!

Freshly renovated, modern and clean apartment with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. For your daily needs you have a supermarket (Lidl), drugstore (dm) and a bottle-o („Getränkemarkt“). Stylish common area/ co-working space on the ground floor is also a plus in case you need to wait prior or after your stay. I definitely recommend this place and would come again.
