Overall stay was good and comfortable. Night duty manager Mr.Kailash is a great man .
Pros:

There is no in-house restaurant hence breakfast , lunch and dinner were not available. I had go out to eat.For the price they charge,there should be bed and breakfast.
Location was great, centrally located.

Cons:

The reception pestering me for money.

Pros:

Hotel location is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is average with limited spread. Staff is good and they try to provide some solution for any issue or complaint.

Cons:

Not value for money. None of the rooms has lock for bathroom doors. Bathroom Doors are sliding with no lock. I raised this concern and asked to fit the lock and the reason from hotel staff is that the kids may lock inside and seems there were few instances happened. After a lot of discussions, they arranged another room without charge. Appreciate staff for this.

The hotel is on an extremely narrow road where only one car can pass through. This is very frustrating when there are any bikes parked in that road. Car Parking is in the basement and it is very difficult to turn in the narrow passage ramp for an 4+ meter vehicle.
