Personalul.
La micul dejun a durat mult pana cand personalul a inlocuit platourile goale.
La receptie, atat dimineata cat si seara, personalul parca nu stia deloc ce sa faca. Nu au avut sa-mi dea rest 70 de lei la achitarea parcarii. Nu au stiut sa extraga banii de pe cardul inregistrat pe platforma Booking etc.
