Мій номер відмінили без попередження, незважаючи на заздалегідь зроблений онлайн чекін. Про відміну та перепродаж номера повідомили постфактум. Після тривалих телефонних та особистих розмов з менеджерами готелю погодились повернути кошти. І на тому дякую.

Pros:

Personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Pokój czysty, zgodny z rezerwacją. Śniadania i obiadokolacje smaczne i wystarczające każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum. Przystanek tramwajowy oddalony o ok 50 m, sklep spożywczy przy hotelu. Okolica spokojna. Panie z restauracji bardzo sympatyczne.

Cons:

Przesuwne drzwi do łazienki, słabe gniazda do kart co powoduje miganie światła w pokoju.

Είχαμε μια πάρα πολύ καλή διαμονή. Θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα.
Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.
Καθαριότητα.
Πολύ πλούσιο πρωϊνό και σε ποικιλία και σε ποσότητες. Δεν άδειαζε ποτέ.
Άνετο δωμάτιο.
Ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο ενώ είχε πάρα πολύ κόσμο τις μέρες που έμεινα. Γενικά έχω πρόβλημα με τον θόρυβο τη νύχτα και κοιμήθηκα εξαιρετικά. Ειδικά αν σκεφτούμε ότι στο ξενοδοχείο έμεναν πάνω από 100 άτομα.
Θα έμενα ξανά σίγουρα.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιον θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο φιλικό και ευδιάθετο.
Το γυμναστήριο είναι λίγο παρατημένο.
Δεν είχε ντουλάπα για τα ρούχα παρά μόνο ράφια.

Pros:

Персонал приветливый, вежливый, также отмечу неплохой завтрак. Наличие парковки тоже преимущество.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький. Кондиционер слабенький и дико гудит, чтобы охладить комнату - надо иметь терпение. Постельное белье и постельные принадлежности оставляют желать лучшего: на простыне подозрительные пятна, белье синтетическое и абсолютно неудобная подушка, поэтому если надо выспаться - не рассчитывайте на это особо. Также за такую цену номера можно было добавить хотя бы маленькую бутылку воды, но это уже мелочи. Были проблемы с освещением, почему-то несколько раз выключался свет ненадолго. Больше не остановимся в этом месте.
