Cons:

Під час заселення чергові працівники на стійці не видали інвойс і чек на оплату пообіцявши надати зранку під час виселення. Зранку була нова зміна, моїх документів не було в наявності, через незрозумілі технічні обмеження мені не змогли роздрукувати інвойс та надати чек на оплату. Маю претензію до сумлінності працівників готелю. Навіщо обіцяти і не виконувати свої обіцянки, це підриває довіру до мережі.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good,Between the Nord Gard and Old town. Everywhere is at walking distance.The hotel was clean and the personels were friendly.

Kahvaltı gerçekten zengindi. Alakart yemek gerçekten başarılıydı. Personel ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor gibi gözüküyordu.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda laktozsuz süt yoktu. Duvarların tasarım olarak boyanmamış kısımları estetik açıdan bizi rahatsız etti. Kendi otoparkları olmasına rağmen konaklayan misafirlere ücretliydi. Banyo tesisatının su basıncı 2. seviyeyi açtığımız halde yetersizdi. Alakart ile tur gruplarının yemeği aynı bölgede verildiği için çok kargaşa oluyordu. Su doldurma ünitesi gece önüne bariyer çekildiği için ulaşılamaz hale geliyordu.
