Great location and room!
Noisy other rooms, the floor above us was making noise at all hours and we could hear very clearly.
Really nice, spotless clean location with very friendly staff.
The suite is equipped with all you need and every day there is fresh water, coffee and tea.
This is our fourth time visiting Samaritana and will definitely do it again.

Breakfast was amazing.
Very friendly and helpfull stuff members.
Location was middle of down, easy walk to everywhere.
First time to drive to hotel was challanging, because hotel is located inside the Acire zone.
Parking spot in garage was very small, but even with that they help us to get a bigger spot later.
Couldn’t recommend this more highly - everything was exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious with a big comfy bed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location is amazing, right in the centre of the old town and easily walkable to all parts of Palma centre.
They have a lovely little spa room that you can book for an hour which was great when we had a rainy day.
Read reviews about the bin lorries being noisy outside but we didn’t hear this at all for the 3 nights we were there.
Wasn’t too clear what to do with parking and you actually just park in a nearby public car park. Probably my fault for not messaging to ask in advance though.

Der herzliche Empfang abends bei der Ankunft durch einen Herrn, dem ich leider nicht noch mal begegnet bin.
Das Apartment der perfekte Rückzugsort. Ein Bad mit Tageslichtfenster!! Die Möglichkeit, abends noch bei einem Drink auf der Dachterrasse zu sitzen. Die Geduld der Mitarbeiter mit meinem Kissen-Problem. Die Matratze war super bequem, aber ich fand länger nicht das passende Kissen. Großes Dankeschön, auch und vor allem an die herzliche Dame im Housekeeping. 🙏
Die Klimaanlage läuft super leise. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ging für mich nicht. Da die Lage sehr zentral ist, hört man das Leben draußen - Bars, Hundegebell, Müllautos nachts, Gelächter. Aber die Fenster halten alles ab. 🙌
Das Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. Ich hatte es am ersten Morgen, und das war sehr gut.
Die Lage ist super. Alles ist schnell und problemlos erreichbar.
Dass ich abreisen musste.. und eine Garderobe im Flur wäre noch toll gewesen.
Das Team des Hotels macht einen tollen Job!! Vielen Dank nochmal für das klasse Erlebnis! 🫶
