Decent hotel, i just wouldn't stay again unfortunately.
Pros:

Staff were polite, respectful and helped where possible. Breakfast was good. Location ok.

Cons:

Didn't feel comfortable due to my 2nd keycard going missing on the 2nd day of my stay, along with my exclusive 1 of 20 water bottle and health supplements with a combined worth over £120. Although reimbursed, the principle behind the act was disappointing and I felt uneasy during the rest of my stay.

If you decide to stay, make sure to use the safe!

Pros:

Schönes Appartement, sauber, ruhig. Tolle Dachterrasse. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check in and out. Danke für den kostenlosen Taxitransfer!

Cons:

Zu Info: Check in ist im Partnerhotel ums Eck. Eine der angegebenen Adressen passt nicht.

Fantastic location in Palma's old town with super service.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean and wonderfully located in the old town of Palma. Access to the hotel's facilities (eg spa and roof terrace) was a real bonus. The staff's service was impeccable. Thank you.

Cons:

Bedroom was a little cramped and access to the small terrace a bit difficult as there wasn't much space between the door and and the bed. There was no oven in the kitchen, but there was a microwave, so not a problem for us.

Great location
Pros:

Clean, fantastic bathroom and comfortable bed. Great location.

Cons:

No hand rail going down stairs. For longer stays a washing machine would be useful.
