Perfect, in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

This was a perfect place in the heart of the old town, we could be self sufficient or go out for meals, the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

The view of a ruined building wasn’t great but that can’t be helped.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels inmitten der Altstadt ist perfekt, viele kleine Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe, auch die großen Einkaufstrassen und der Hafen (Kathedrale) sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen - kein Strassenverkehr vor dem Haus, keine lärmenden Betrunkenen in der Nacht, es war angenehm ruhig.
Das Apartment hatte moderne, komfortable Einrichtung, Küchenzeile mit dem nötigsten ist vorhanden, ausgezeichnete Boxspringbetten, sowie eine gute Klimaanlage die man selber regulieren konnte - TÄGLICH frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles war immer sehr sauber !!!
Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist klein aber ausreichend um sich zu erfrischen, auch hier war immer alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, Liegen und Schirme stehen zur Verfügung, auch genügend frische Handtücher für die Gäste haben wir vorgefunden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt jederzeit Infotipps - SO macht Urlaub Spaß!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Cons:

Gegenüber dem Apartmenthaus liegt ein zur Hälfte abgerissenes Haus - sieht aus wie im Kriegsgebiet, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts - sowas schaut natürlich nicht schön aus, spielte jedoch für uns keine große Rolle, weil man tagsüber ohnehin unterwegs ist bzw. die Vorhänge geschlossen hält damit die Hitze nicht hereinkann....

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartmenthaus mitten im Old Town von Palma und sehr gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel mit geräumigen Apartments mitten im Old Town.… Wir waren sehr begeistert. Das Apartment war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und es war super sauber. Wir wurden sehr lieb begrüßt und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Immaculate, well positioned apartments to visit all that Palma has to offer
Pros:

Location is excellent. Only 10 mins walk to the cathedral. 15 mins to the main beach. It is in a sort of bo-ho area just off Sidat. Some very nice little bars are restaurants are nearby that are not too expensive.
The parent hotel is located around the corner and this is where you checkin/out. They will arrange taxis for you and you can avail of the rooftop terrace and plunge pool. The apartment block also has a very small terrace but no share which could be very very hot.
The apartment is serviced every day and this includes freaks bottled water - which saves a few euro!

Cons:

There is no iron or ironing board in the apartment. I'm sure reception could have provided one if we had asked.

Precioso y acogedor lugar
Pros:

Me sorprendio el lugar. Escondido, pero muy comodo y lindo. Me fascino su azotea para disfrutar la noche. Me encantaría volver.

Cons:

No es fácil llegar, ya que a la calle no pueden entrar automoviles, pero luego de conocerlo uno se encanta.

Pros:

Location is perfect! It was easy to find it also, since we came late at night. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We had a good rest from daily strolling. There is also a functional kitchen if you want something quick to make yourself. All in all-would recommed and stay here again, A+++!
