Pros:

The atmosphere in the hotel was amazing, during breakfast we were served by Belen, who works at the hotel, and she was great, the service, and the care with all of our needs, I’ll be back for sure!!!

Great Hotel and such friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great service and we met some absolutely beautiful people at the bar, Angelica and Zulema who gave us so much information. What a great experience.

Professional and friendly
Pros:

It was an unusual time as me and my travelling companion were the only ones at the hotel (during time of civil unrest) so we were happy to be in a safer part of the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful; Gaston, Anna, Sergio, Jhon, Zhaday and Zulema. Close to wonderful restaurants in particular Ancestral. View of the mountains from hotel room fabulous.

Incredible service
Pros:

I was staying in Bolivia for a week and couldn’t have chosen a better place than the Met. The rooms were very tasteful and the service was superior, particularly front desk, house keeping and room service. The standouts were. Julieta V and Jefferson L during breakfast, always with smiles and offering to make my day brighter with a coffee to go or parfait. These young people are true stars of hospitality. Because of how kindly I was treated and how I was cared for, I will only stay at the Met.

Great stay at the Met hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was always courteous, friendly, and attentive to every need. The property is impeccable and welcoming in every aspect.
We also really appreciated the restaurant, which offers an excellent l high-quality options.
