Incredible service
Pros:

I was staying in Bolivia for a week and couldn’t have chosen a better place than the Met. The rooms were very tasteful and the service was superior, particularly front desk, house keeping and room service. The standouts were. Julieta V and Jefferson L during breakfast, always with smiles and offering to make my day brighter with a coffee to go or parfait. These young people are true stars of hospitality. Because of how kindly I was treated and how I was cared for, I will only stay at the Met.

Great stay at the Met hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was always courteous, friendly, and attentive to every need. The property is impeccable and welcoming in every aspect.
We also really appreciated the restaurant, which offers an excellent l high-quality options.
A special thanks to the staff who make guests feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean room, comfy beds, great views especially top floor tereace, friendly and helpful staffs , especially Jefferson and Juliet at the restaurant.

And especially, super friendly and helpful staff (thank you Beleñ and Maribi at the bar, and Marily at the desk ;-)
Trust them to call quality cabs to bring you everywhere (and circumvent eventual bloqueos, when protesting people block the main roads). The MET hotel is in a safe and rich neighbourhood away from the centre, but the nearby teleferico (very modern cable lifts) is extremely convenient to visit all of La Paz.

Exceptional hotel with excellent service to boot
Pros:

We stayed here for one night in the end in March.

Everything was excellent. This is clearly a top quality hotel, with exceptional customer service and a great breakfast spread.

We had to delay our arrival due to illness, and they quickly offered to shift our stay, and refund us for the unused night, despite being less than 24 hours notice. This was greatly appreciated and reduced stress in a stressful situation.

The breakfast offering was excellent, with freshly cooked eggs, and good offerings of pancakes and other pastries.

The room was lovely. Our only regret was only getting to stay for one night.
