Ar condicionado não gelava, apenas fazia barulho. Banheiro sem nenhum suporte para colocar pertences - shampoo, sabonete, etc.
Tratativa PESSIMA DO PORTEIRO NOTURNO E DA DONA!
Zero educação, simpatia!
Entrei às 21h, saí para comer, retornei 2 da manhã com meu amigo, que precisava subir até o quarto para pegar um negócio e descer imediatamente. Eu viajaria 1h 30’ após. Não deixaram porque estaria estava para 1 pessoa (quarto era de casal, e nem café eu tomaria. Dormi exatamente 1h 30)
Eu tive que pagar mais 100,00 pro meu amigo literalmente subir e descer.
Mesmo após explicar exaustivamente para a dona que ele não dormiria! Mal educada, zero bom senso. Nunca passei por isto em nenhum local.
Porteiro noturno me abordou na porta “ te ajudo como?”
Eu respondi “ sou cliente do quarto X”
Ele:” só vc entra!”
Sequer perguntou meu nome; sequer sabia se a reserva era para 1 ou 2 pessoas..

Mesmo com um ar condicionado de janela ainda está um pouco quente. Às vezes dá pra ouvir barulho da rua, já que o hotel é numa avenida movimentada.
