Will make a comeback
Pros:

Great breakfast, we had enjozed the ambiance and the food in the early hours

Cons:

I slight issue with some food at breakfast, but after we raised the issue, the reception staff had a good reply and offered their apologies

The hotel is really great. They upgraded me also the waved off Eur 70 for parking and also i got a complementary welcome drink.

Cons:

Eur 35 per night parking is very steep. Very happy that they waved it off for me.

Hôtel très bien, petit déjeuner moyen et personnel à demi teinte.
Pros:

L’emplacement est superbe
La literie est très bonne

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner, pour un établissement 5 étoiles, n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur.
Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable : personne n’explique le fonctionnement du petit-déjeuner, l’accueil se fait sans même un bonjour, et personne ne vous accompagne à table. Et quand vous trouvez une table par vous-même ce qui n’est pas un drame, mais on vous demande d’en changer sur un ton désagréable alors pourquoi ne pas nous accompagner ?
Il est aussi difficile de commander à tables car il le personnel n’est jamais disponible.
Pour un 5 étoiles, c’est très décevant et c’est dommage pour le personnel, car ce type d’expérience nuit à l’image de l’établissement.
Cependant le personnel à l’accueil est très gentil et compétent idem pour le personnel de ménage.

We had a relaxing holiday. All amenities and restaurants are within a few walking distance.
Pros:

Very central. Only a few minutes walk from the Opera Metro station.

Cons:

Room was a bit stuffy. Ventilation is poor and the window could not be open.
