Bullshit
Pros:

The staff behavior was extremely disappointing. When I requested a heater, instead of assisting, I was told that I hadn’t even seen the room yet and questioned why I was asking for a heater. This response was unprofessional and unhelpful. As a guest, basic requests should be handled politely, not dismissed. I expect better service and respectful communication.

Cons:

Lifts if u have access to your floor you cant meet your other friends family if by any chance they are on different floor

Mis à part l emplacement et l accueil et le petit dej très moyen

L emplacement était idéal

Cons:

Le ménage était pas correct la couette à peine tirée ,la chambre pas balayée et les tasses à café non changées de plus la salle de bains était dans la chambre pas de séparation

Bardzo miła obsługa, hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Umywalka w pokoju premium usytuowana na zewnątrz ( otwarta przestrzeń na pokój)pomiędzy ubikacją a prysznicem. Stwarza to poczucie braku intymności a poza tym przeszkadza innym osobom w pokoju.

Nice Hotel but the level has dropped recently in the bar and restaurant
Pros:

Very good location, nice, comfortable rooms, parking possibility
The bellboy is outstanding professional, it seems he is the only one from the “old” stuff from Hard Rock times, when the Hotel had higher standard

Cons:

The bar open only until 11 pm. The service was too slow.

buena ubicacion y buen desayuno

Cons:

servicio de habitaciones pesimo. El primer dia no habia cafe que llegamos de noche. el segundo no habia leche. 3 y 4 dia no nos hicieron la limpieza de habitacion . Y nosotros nos vamos de 9 am a 15 pm. El 4 dia tras quejarnos nos hicieron la habitacion por la tarde sin dejarnos toallas para poder ducharnos . Un desastre que no obedece a un hotel muy bonito con personal muy amable .

Pros:

It was overall a very positive experience. The staff really make this hotel special. Blanka, Barbara, Arman, and the reception team were truly great, and Rita was also very nice. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The room had good amenities and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would be happy to return on my next trip to Budapest. A real gem.

First class Hotel.
Pros:

The Hotel is walking distance from the bustling center,it catered for all my requirements,the rooms were lovely and modern,all the hotel staff were so helpful,the reception staff were friendly and informative and the restaurant staff couldent do enough for you. I will be back it was a very enjoyable and welcoming stay.
