Pros:

The hotel is really great. They upgraded me also the waved off Eur 70 for parking and also i got a complementary welcome drink.

Cons:

Eur 35 per night parking is very steep. Very happy that they waved it off for me.

Hôtel très bien, petit déjeuner moyen et personnel à demi teinte.

L’emplacement est superbe
La literie est très bonne

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner, pour un établissement 5 étoiles, n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur.
Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable : personne n’explique le fonctionnement du petit-déjeuner, l’accueil se fait sans même un bonjour, et personne ne vous accompagne à table. Et quand vous trouvez une table par vous-même ce qui n’est pas un drame, mais on vous demande d’en changer sur un ton désagréable alors pourquoi ne pas nous accompagner ?
Il est aussi difficile de commander à tables car il le personnel n’est jamais disponible.
Pour un 5 étoiles, c’est très décevant et c’est dommage pour le personnel, car ce type d’expérience nuit à l’image de l’établissement.
Cependant le personnel à l’accueil est très gentil et compétent idem pour le personnel de ménage.

We had a relaxing holiday. All amenities and restaurants are within a few walking distance.
Pros:

Very central. Only a few minutes walk from the Opera Metro station.

Cons:

Room was a bit stuffy. Ventilation is poor and the window could not be open.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super Lage, zentral, U-Bahnstation Oper ist in Fußweite. Anreise mit Auto und Parkplatz auch sehr gut gelöst.

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Frühstück war sehr lecker, sehr große Auswahl, es gibt auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen zusätzlich ohne Aufpreis.

Zimmer sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einfach perfekt.
Würden das Zimmer auch beim nächsten Budapest-Besuch wieder buchen. :-)
