Pros:

Em relação a limpeza era razoável, mas em relação ao conforto deixou muito a desejar. A Tv antiga, não captava sinais das emissoras. Só haviam 3 tomadas no quarto e 1 não funciona. Não haviam sabonetes e nem tapetes ou toalhas no chão do banheiro que ficava inundado na hora do banho. O chuveiro jogava água para todos os lados, além disso o vaso sanitário estava espremido entre a pia e o box causando desconforto. Alguns azulejos quebrados e faltando na parede do banheiro que precisa de reforma urgente!!
