Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren zwei Nächte in diesem schön am Fluss gelegenen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Sie entsprachen genau unseren Erwartungen.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, stets freundlich und aufmerksam, sodass man sich hier gut aufgehoben fühlt.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das wirklich hervorragend ist. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Restaurant ist morgens entsprechend gut besucht – nicht nur von den Hotelgästen, sondern, so schien es uns, auch von Einheimischen, die offenbar extra zum Frühstück hierher kommen.

Great value for money, hope they can fix the pipe
Pros:

the hotel's facility is great, has all I needed. Amenity quality is on par with that of a resort.
Staff was helpful and nice

quiet area

Cons:

the smell is not comfortable as the weather was quite humid, and the sewage pipe inside the bathroom was emitting kinda funny odour.

Comfortable stay!
Pros:

It was super nice to be there and also very calming. The staff is really cute and they made my stay better! The breakfast is delicious, I got the beef noodle soup with banh mi bread!

Coffee or juice included for breakfast would be a good touch!
Pros:

Great location overlooking the water and bridge with train. Comfortable room and easy access to the main part of the town.

Cons:

Charged for morning breakfast coffee. Claimed breakfast was included but this did not include juice or coffee.

Nice hotel to stay at for a couple of nights!
Pros:

Rooms were big and clean. TV had Netflix and prime (if you have your own accounts). Staff were friendly and always tried to help, although you will have to use Google Translate to speak to them. Bed was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

We had a couple of issues with the shower - didn’t stay warm for very long. The hotel has English listed as one of its languages but no one at the hotel speaks English apart from one of the waiters who knows a few English words. Wasn’t a problem as you can use Google translate to communicate but if I were the manager I’d remove English from the language section on booking.com.
