Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!
Pros:

The location is the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

Not a place to stay in. Incomplete amenities (you basically have to ask everything that's supposed to be there already in the first place from small floor towels to hand soap(to be paid), toilet paper, tv remote), communication of electricity and water interruption weren't disseminated before the day of check-in., maintenance is zero, everything was rusty and filthy. We had to end our 2-night stay early because we just couldn't stand it. They also didn't inform us about the fact that you booked for 3 but the included breakfast is for 2? In what reality is that a rule that number of included breakfast depends on the type of room and not the number of booked persons? Plus... Let's not even talk about the quality of the breakfast. I could have cooked better and I'm not even a good cook. Lobby is hot as hell, staff is not even doing their job at the minimum. We did an early checkout but they told us that checkout would be at 10 instead of 11 because of that but they didn't even consider the fact that for each day of our stay, there was 3 hrs at least of services interruptions (13:00-16:00). And all these for a 3000 pesos per night pay? It was more like 500 a night – in that case, I wouldn't have written this bad review. Never book here unless you don't have any other choice.

DISAPPOINTING!
Pros:

breakfast was okey.

Cons:

air conditioning was a let down. spent the whole night tossing in my bed as the room is warm. the fial on the a/c unit is obviously been removed so as not to allow any adjustment.

Very good
Pros:

The idiosyncratic cartoon which covered the whole of the largest wall. The plumbing worked well.

Cons:

The only electrical point was hidden under the bedside table. The Aircon worked well but had to be operated manually.

It was just okay because of the location. I won’t come back
Pros:

The location is perfect as it’s just a walking distance from SM City Naga and LCC. You can get the things that you need immediately.

Cons:

I killed 2 cockroaches (I felt alive after killing them though) and you have to pay extra for additional towel which I declined right away. The complimentary breakfast was not so good especially the hotdog which I think they just purchased from the wet market. No brand hotdog. I know it’s a complimentary breakfast but try to level up somehow. That’s how you market any business right? That way people can say something good about your business. Just my two cents
