Pros:

very bad hotel on your part because you refused two travel agencies from Romania. the agencies said there was room for us, and you refused us twice. why? because we are Romanians? shame, the two different agencies have said it was free, we paid, and you refused, why? Shame, we are a group of 6 people, the agency's staff confirmed to us that they contacted you, and said that we can pay, that it is free, now the agency he left us and all 6 people, now we don't have a place to take our vacation because of what you did, you, the hotel, the world must know that there is no seriousness here, you didn't even reply to the email when I sent it. Shame
