The traffic situation is really difficult, making it hard to get anywhere.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the airport; however, getting there involves some traffic congestion. The rooms are decent, but not comfortable enough for me. Overall, it was a great experience, but it's not really my style or my cup of tea.

Unfair refund policy and dishonest, unprofessional service.

Cons:

Despite checking out 2 days early, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights. I was repeatedly sent back and forth between the hotel, Booking.com, and customer service instead of being given a clear answer, and was only told no refund at the moment of check-out.

Pros:

침대도 넓고 방도 넓고 공항도 가깝고 식당가도 가깝고 청결하면서 금액도 착한 좋은 시설입니다.

Cons:

세면대에서는 따뜻한물이 나왔지만 샤워기에서는 찬물만 나오는 점이 매우 아쉬웠어요

I was disappointed because the reviews were positive so I had high expectations.
Pros:

I really liked that it was close to the airport and had some nice restaurants/cafes near by

Cons:

The hotel room we stayed in had no window and which felt very claustrophobic. The room was also not very clean especially in the bathroom there were black stains on the shower and sink area. I tried to get a different room with a window multiple times but they said there wasn’t one even though I could see there was some online.
