Staff were so lovely from the moment I checked in through to checkout. They helped me with all of my questions, and if they couldn’t, they’d find someone to help me.

Room was a little small but bed was comfortable so no complaints. The water stopped at one point in the morning during clean up for some reason. Breakfast is little naff, I only ate watermelon and some boiled eggs. View from the terrace is lovely though.

I would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

The shower floor is made of wood which is the only weird thing i remember but the staff are lovely and welcoming. I would like it if people smoked outside rather than inside the lobby. Moreover the food could be improved havinf fried eggs instead of boiled eggs

Extremely kind, even with some issues with the English language, they did their best to help during the stay. I recommend it!

Staff understand very limited English. Not very much like a hotel. Very tiny rooms with limited mobility. Not worthy the price at lot.

One day my friend and I came back to our room and we found out that our razor was on the toilet floor. It was broken into two pieces and this must have been an accident during room cleaning. My friend went to ask the receptionist and the cleaner but they did not admit it. The cleaning lady was nervous and she kept saying she did not see the razor. If she was the one who cleaned our room, then who dropped the razor in the toilet and why the razor head was near the sink but the rest of it was next to the toilet?? Very disappointing.

This hotel is just 1 block from Metro and very walkable everywhere. Also hotel staff was very friendly with me as foreigner and not speaking the local language.
They really helped me more than i expected. They even game a Metro card to move around and allowed me to do an early check-in. Rooms are clean and functional
