Location is good. Staff are really friendly! And you have access to the restaurant/cafe in the other hotel. The cafe is tasty and has a nice vibe.
They make you pay as soon as you step into reception. And there’s a reason: if you saw the dormitory before, you would not stay there. The smell is almost unbearable. And you can hear EVERYTHING from the other capsules.
The actual capsule is ok but as the access to each capsule is provided by a simple curtain, and the dormitory is mixed, you don’t feel very safe.
Also, there are many capsule spaces but only a few are functional. So, even though it was only two guys and me staying, they put us next to each other, and their endless conversation until past midnight made it impossible to sleep.
- The location has very fresh air considering the pollution in New Delhi. Also close to nightlife.
- Spacious rooms
- Great A/C
- Fika restaurant
- Laundry service
Nothing. I can think off. Already rebooked it for our next stay in Delhi.
The area is awesome in my opinion. Great staff.
Great location and supportive staff.
The showers were very dirty and there was no shower head or hot water, so just a cold drizzle that pointed at the wall
Nothing.
Staff at the reception- Abusing super loud .
Lights went off for good 15-30 mins.
Rooms need a lot of repair and so does the hotel.
At the price the hotel room is way too expensive.
I stayed in a single room at Hotel Minimalist and unfortunately I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
The price does not match the conditions at all. My room was located in the same building as the reception, and the standards there were very poor. The shower did not work properly — the water was either extremely hot, completely cold, or not working at all. The room was also very cold and uncomfortable.
It is clear that the staff tries to keep the place clean, however the quality of the room is far below what you would expect for this price.
Important note for future guests: the hotel has another building with newer rooms, and my friends who stayed there were satisfied. If you book this hotel, make sure your room is not in the reception building.
The staff initially seemed sympathetic, but when I requested cancellation of the second night (I stayed only one night and checked out early due to the conditions), my refund request was refused. Instead, several administrators gathered to argue with me, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Lokalizacja i personel. Duze pokoje. Fajny klimat
Place is no where near as shown in the website. Poor maintain low cost furniture room.
Schöne Aussicht
Sehr lebhafte Gegend
Nothing
No complimentary drinks, The rooms were not as in the pictures even the location. The shower glass had stains, the faucet was dirty in the bathroom, the paint was falling off the walls, no pvt balcony, The door locks were broken and you can’t lock even with a key
The neighbourhood (Haus Kaz) is very nice, the breakfast was quite good, and the staff were friendly — until we requested a booking change or refund. However, the hotel is located directly in front of a trash-burning site. While trash burning in the area is common and not the hotel’s fault, the lack of proper window insulation or air purification at this price point is a serious drawback.
Unfortunately, the accommodation is significantly different from what was advertised on your platform, and the conditions made it impossible for us to continue our stay.
The property does not match the listing photos. The room has visible mold on the ceiling, and the insulation is very poor. The windows do not close properly, allowing cold air and smoke from trash burning directly outside the room to enter. We woke up with sore throats and headaches from the burning trash fumes seeping in through the window.
Additionally, the room and beds were damp, worsening the situation. The shower water did not heat up, so we were unable to take warm showers despite the winter temperatures. The balcony also contained a trapped pigeon, leaving droppings and residues in the area.
We attempted to request a refund and a change to our booking directly with the hotel staff, but they made the process difficult, so we had to contact the booking platform instead.
