Es muy buena opción para unos días tranquilos en familia, las habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias, la cama super cómoda, la vista desde el balcón de la habitación hacia el Tepozteco es muy linda, el desayuno muy completo, el personal de servicio amable, atento y cordial. La ubicación es percecta para no usar el auto en toda la estancia.
La alberca fría. Antes de reservar leí en los comentarios que la alberca era de las pocas templadas, pero ahora en fin de año que se necesitaba estuviera templada, no fue así. Me quedé con ganas de nadar un rato ( mi familia también) y no lo pude hacer debido a que estaba fría, uno busca en el costo de la reserva ese tipo de comodidad y ésta alberca no estaba templada. Solo por ese gran detalle considero no debió costar lo que pagué.

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, el café no tanto. La ubicación excelente porque nuestro plan era subir el Tepozteco.

Quizás el menaje de la cama no estaba totalmente limpio y la humedad de la habitación generaba cierta incomodidad. Haría falta alguna almohada más alta.

Everything about this place was great and the staff were so exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable you won't want to get out of them, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel grounds are immaculate. By the end of our short stay we wished we would never leave.
We arrived late for check-in due to unexpected heavy traffic. Fortunately, the hotel managers were worried about us and came to great us despite the fact that there were heavy winds and that the power had gone out. They were particularly welcoming and accommodating. We were hungry and they helped us get some delicious pizza despite the fact that it was late and all the restaurants were closed. the managers went out of their way to be helpful. We were very pleased with how we were treated. The breakfast was great!
The space in the bedroom is rather tight.
