Pros:

Great air conditioning, appreciated the washer - wished there was a drying rack that we could use in the shower room with the "t-shirt" drying fan/vent function. Plenty of convenience store nearby, notnsure where grocery stores were, didnt come across any.

無人と言うことで…どうなんだろうと思い少し期待外れでしたｶ－テンも染みが少しありソファーベッドの 支えてあるパイプは壊れてるし電話したら床にマットレスをひいて寝てくださいとの事。もうこの様なホテルは利用したくないです

部屋は清潔でしたが、においが少し気になりました。
事前にチェックインをしていきましたが、宿泊税の支払いはその場でカード情報の入力があり、時間がかかったので、もっとスムーズにできるようにしてほしいです。
バスや地下鉄が使いにくく、車がないと移動できないのが残念です。

Pros:

Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station.

良かった点、部屋が広くて、風呂、トイレなど設備は綺麗に整備されてました。
悪かった点、エアコンが少し臭い、また無人なのか、普段の換気ができていないからかカビや湿気の臭いが気になりました。周辺駐車場が沢山あるも夜までは満車、2ブロック離れた何処に止めて、夜間また動かす必要があった、2000円くらいは駐車場代がかかる。
朝掃除の人が間違えて入って来る、退出マグネットは必ず戻して入る事！

チェックインが面倒。入り口が狭く、他の人とチェックインが重なったため混雑した。絨毯、ソファーが汚かった。予約時の案内に駐車場の説明が欲しかった。

思ったより綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。無人ホテルなので入室に手間取りカスタマーの方に聞きながら無事入室。それと、予約時に全額支払い済みなのに別途￥1000の請求がありました。税の徴収がある旨を明記してあればもっとスムーズに出来たと思います。

Pros:

They only have limited time on duty staff, and not helpful. The bed sheets and furnitures are dirty, lots of dust in the room. The wifi doesn’t work, no reply on email, no one at the reception, and no one pick up the phone. Terrible. Not close to main area. No bus stop and restaurant nearby. NOT RECOMMENDED.
