I like the location. Its proximity to st Peter's church is pleasing. There is a lively atmosphere in the region of the flea market. the historycof Jaffa is very interesting. There are manuy good restaurants and cafes.
Location is great. Check in and check out was simple. Air-conditioning worked well.
Apartment smelled of sewage from kitchen sink and wasn't very clean. This was not taken care of before or during our stay.
Apartment lacked enough bedding on arrival.
TV were inoperable due to malfunctioning remote controls.
Balcony was dirty, lacked sitting area as depicted on listing.
GREAT place! Location, area, size, cleanliness all fantastic! The half bath came in handy. Accommodating hosts once initial connection made.
Great location in the middle of the flea market, many bars and restaurants around. Spacious apartment.
Very hard to find parking. The facilities are OK, there are 3 rooms, but no air conditioning in one of them, so impossible to sleep in the summer. One bathroom (2 toilets) which is also very hot and humid. Not really clean.

the local host agreed to store our luggage till 2pm.
There is a bar downstairs that plays music till 1-2 a.m. almost every day, and the windows in the apartment are so thin, sometimes it feels like you live in a box directly on the street. In the early morning (~7am) the street gets loud, so you can't compensate your late sleep start.
There are 2 hosts there - the main, Yalarent company, and the local host. The main hosts are really unhelpful and not friendly at all. The only thing we asked for, is to help with the noise - the main host just ignored my messages for 10 days, then I got a message from local host. He agreed to call police, did it (?) once, nobody arrived.
Not to sleep properly for 14 nights (from 18 total) was a total disaster for us.
Now getting to other points:

The apartment was not well cleaned, we have to rewash all the kitchen and floors.
The bed linen was very dirty with some marks.
The sofa is dirty, sticky and you can even see that it's turning from grey to brown.
The balcony is covered with bird guano, so you better not go there at all.
There were only 2 big towels & no hand towels.
The wifi is the slowest I've ever seen.
The mattress was very hard and the pillows were the cheapest once.
Location, clean, air conditioning, coffee machine, good support, very comfortable
The apartment is excellent, strongly recommended for families. Small insignificant drawbacks: not enough light above the cooking area, no kitchen towels, small area around the kitchen table if you are 6 or more persons

Perfect location in the old Jaffa within easy walking distance to all you need.
Erez is a really friendly host and quick to respond ,allowing us late check out. It was a great stay.
