It’s great but….
Pros:

The hotel itself is lovely and well suited to families with young children. The rooms are good and the surroundings are good. Where it doesn’t hit the mark is a few things: food from the restaurant is expensive and “okay” - there is only one menu with limited options, particularly for vegetarians. The staff try their best during meal times and with a smile but are under staffed and hindered by a lack of English which thwarted lots of international guests. Then there are the rules - lots of them about what you can and can’t do. You only find out about them when you arrive and are asked to sign for them. I hope the cleaners enjoy the make up that when missing during our stay.

Pros:

We had a great stay ! The place is really nice & very convenient for families. It’s quite intimate, we really like that. It feels like we were in a secret place, an hidden gem.

We wanted to hide away from people and busy places.. this hotel can offer you a unique experience - luxury hotel in a pine tree forest..excelent location for Teide trip.
